GOD. everyone finally sees him for who he is. the man who drops his sword and apologizes to the monster because its not a monster because we've always been wrong. ough.

Ok... so this one is for the Lotora fandom. I’ve spent enough time around the lotor tags too see all those “alternative universe no war” stories. And don’t get me wrong, the idea of little Allura and Lotor growing up together is adorable. However there is a very important detail that I don’t think I’ve ever seen mention. Lotor was born after the war started. Or, at least after Haggar. “But the war never happened, what does that have to do with anything.” You say. And to that I say you’re right, however. What else do we know happend around that time in canon? Coran and Allura going in to the Cryo pods. And she’s got to be at least in her late teens at the youngest. Where am I going with this? That’s actually quite simple, I’m saying that if the war had never happened Allura and Lotor still wouldn’t have grown up together. Because Allura was practicing an adult when Lotor was born. To people who still love the idea of them growing up together I say go for it, that’s what au’s are for after all. But in my personal opinion there’s something way more adorablely hilarious about Allura having to play royal babysitter to the tiny baby Galtean prince.
