My dr told me on multiple occasions to stop eating fast food due to recent blood work and my blood pressure. I can’t stop. I’m addicted to the feeling of being full, and even if I try to stop, I have to order until I feel like I’m going to be sick at every meal. I just eat in public now and I crave the feeling it gives me. I don’t know how to stop.

Here’s a little before and after I became addicted to feeding myself fast food:) it’s true that I gained weight but I had no idea I would get addicted to fast food like this. What was once one meal a week, became 2 to 3 meals a day easily. My body craves it and I always order more and more. My body is reacting to all the increased calories and salt and sugar. I force it down when my body tells me to stop. It’s addicting and I can’t stop this cycle.
