Term limitations ~~ My theme is always the same and ever was..........Radix malorum est cupiditas. Term limitations. I will volunteer for anyone's campaign if they make this their number one issue. It is the only way to implement the beginning of government reform. By holding our employees accountable and responsible on a performance basis. Congressional term limits. Get rid of the dooshbags both sides of the aisle. The People want direct accountablity. Politicians most certainly do not. Restore and distribute control back to the people. I actually think this is one thing that libs and cons could seriously agree with.

WE THE PEOPLE

No building of any worth gets built, lasts very long or achieves great stature without a strong foundation.  The Pyramid at Giza was the tallest man-made structure on Earth from the time it was built 2,500 years before the birth of Christ until the Lincoln Cathedral was finished in 1311AD. More than 3,800 years.  It has a very large foundation.  As a Freemason, I have been taught that, metaphorically, such are human beings as well as the societies they build.  No society has ever built a more stable foundation then the United States of America and no society has ever risen faster or to a greater height.  And it is because the foundation of this society is the People.  Less than 250 years ago there was but one representative democracy in the world.  Today, three-quarters of the World’s People are governed by the same or similar principles.  And we are far from perfect. “Indeed it has been said that democracy is the worst form of Government except for all those other forms that have been tried from time to time,” as Mr. Churchill so eloquently expressed it.  But it does get better as we go forward.  

Today we face many issues appearing to divide us.  But we all share the same foundation.  And we share it willingly with all those around the world who believe the fundamental American philosophy.  We are born with the God-given rights of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Despite the many events that have threatened our God-given rights we have prevailed.  Slowly at times, sometimes taking steps back, but ultimately we have never abandoned our foundation.  Today, more than ever, all Americans must unite in the principles and birthrights we all share in common and continue to build upon here in the USA and to export them to those People of the world still laboring under oppression and tyranny.  Together, as One People, there is nothing that we cannot overcome.

TODAY I FIRED BILL GATES

After 25 years with a Hotmail account Microsoft suspended my access to protect my “security”  and made it impossible to reset the account.  So I called Investor relations and told them I will never do business with them again, buy any product from them ever again and will tell everyone I ever meet that they suck.  Not that it matters, but I feel better.  Google rules and give me an Apple a day.

A Simple Proposal

Gun control.  Certainly our Founders envisioned progress but I doubt even Franklin vividly imagined the Browning .50.  Had he; he would have built it.  And probably allowed only the Army to have it.  So, let us go back to the times of the Founders.  Let us ban all firearms in the possesion of the people except for those types in use prior to say, oh, 1790, that sounds pretty colonial.  Let the police and Army have whatever and let the rest of us carry swords, dirks and muskets.  Wherever we like of course.  No such thing as a mass shooting anymore and it will be difficult to hijack anything, including personal freedom, if everyone is wearing a cutlass of some sort and carrying one of those dashing 18th century pistols in their sash. A dirk in the boot. Think of what it will do for fashion.  For media!  Indeed, bring back the dueling grounds.  Pistols or swords? On reality TV.

So the issue with artificial intelligence is as such:  Algorithims are unambiguous.  Everything else is ambiguous to infinite degree.

A move worthy of Stalin.  Don’t really need to say a lot more than that.

Considering the methods used in the Great Purges and comparing them to the revision of truth by our present Government one can only be thankful the USA has abolished the firing squad.  Perhaps bringing it back is next.

Perhaps we should just turn it over to Putin.  Russia has a flat 10% income tax. Granted, corruption is rampant, but really, it is just more blatant then here. 10%.  When was the last time Americans paid 10%?  Instead, we have a tax code that requires you to be rich enough to hire a CPA/MBA accountant to decipher the 40,000 pages of bullshit designed to favor the wealthy and keep the hoi polloi fat, dumb and happy.  Putin.  10%.  Who’s the better Capitalist now?  Low taxes and allowing people to retain more of their earnings is the BEST way to stimulate a population, a nation, and spur them economically.

So while the Soviets maybe had nothing on Trump and their latter-day methods are remarkably similar to Trump’s, Putin has everything on Trump.  More brains. More money.  Really loyal people, because like any smart King, he spreads the dough around.  

And they want to suppress Bolton’s book from the American People?

It’s a secret from us?

I thought that all power ultimately resides with the people and when governments no longer act in the interest of said people, the government falls.  One way or the other.

So what about these “secrets?”  Seems to me they are just the thing we need to know to ensure our continued freedom, such as it is.

National Security be damned.  It is NOT the Federal Government’s job to keep Americans safe.  It is to keep us free.

 Or we can choose Putin.  And 10%.  And welcome back the firing squads.

The First Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

That’s it.

Nowhere does it say English, Spanish, French, Creole or any other language for that matter.  Because our Founders, in their Provident inspired moment, believed that Americans must be free to speak whatever language they wished. In fact, all the aforementioned languages were spoken in the 13 colonies and I doubt you can convince Texans to give up Spanish.  Certainly George Bush will not. Lousiana hosts Creole, French and English.  America has become more multi-lingual over time which, in turn, has contributed to the significant richness of American English: arguably the most expressive and descriptive version of the poly-centric marvel called the English language.  Fear not, English speakers.    Ours is the rapacious creditor who demands payment from all competitors and begs, borrows or steals those words and metaphors it did not previously possess.  Not surprisingly, the original versions were closer to Old Norse than modern English.  English is a Viking.  In 2,000 years it will be the lingua terra.

America

Arguably the most powerful political force in history is the American people.  They have proven themselves time and again against all manner of adversity and, while certainly not perfect, they have consistently endeavored to improve the lot of their fellow man and their triumphs most certainly shine over their failures, which are dim by comparison.  It is unfortunate that America’s political system has been hijacked by the class of career politicians beholden to donors and party.  The solution is simple.  The 28th Amendment.  Not the bullshit Internet one.  This one. Service in Congress is limited to 24 years, roughly the normal term of a civil servant employee, such as firemen, policemen, teachers and federal workers.  12 in the House, 6 terms, 12 in the Senate, 2 terms or any mix that keeps it under 24 years.  A member of Congress elected President would be exempt from Congressional Term limitations thereby encouraging the wisdom of elder statesmen and women to remain in the service of America.  John Quincy Adams is the best example.  Congress will never allow this.  Therefore the matter must be ratified by three-quarters of the State Legislatures across America.  It is the only way power can be restored to its rightful place, the American people.

Freedom v. Safety

Simply put, and it reiterates the eternal Publisher, Mr. Franklin, I do not need politicians to keep me safe.  The Navy does a fine job and has since the Barbary Pirates.  I need my politicians to keep me free.

The Ass-backwardness of Healthcare in America.

What industry asks its customers to pay more money for declining services.  Doctor’s bills never go down but their availability becomes scarcer aynd scarcer. And no one takes any responsibility at all.  The Pharmacist blames the Doctor who blames the insurance company who blames you.  When you are paying the premiums.  We the People are being systematically screwed by a self-serving system designed to keep the masses at bay and to enrich beyond imagination many who are already wealthy.  

So nationalize health care across the board nationwide.  It is in the best interests of the people as we have a better chance at controlling elected officials then private corporations although it still presents a formidable challenge.  It is also simpler than the ridiculous system in place and hence cheaper.  Works for England and Russia.  Pretty good these days.  Big Pharma is the biggest trap house on Earth.  And they control things tighter than any OG in the hood.  Time to turn this in the opposite direction.
