“Just Like Everybody Else” 2023

In part 1, I explained the meaning of this installation; a visual representation of my traumas and experience with my complex intersectional identity as a queer, disabled, mentally ill and autistic trans person

My thesis for this project was showcasing traditional art mediums in a new light by mixing two very traditional mediums and appropriating the aesthetic of digital art and media, to create a visual sensory experience of colours and textures; a representation of sensory issues, overstimulation, and a false sense of security.
