The most powerful voice I've heard in a while.
Heard this on Chewing Gum, an equally great show.
Has been a personal favorite of mine for years. Don't think it gets anywhere near the recognition it deserves.
Search her, be very surprised. Maybe I'm ignorant, but this song opened me up to the idea that this type of soul can come from anyone.
Great vibe.
A distinct voice, and an refreshingly unexpected instrumental to back it.
A major throwback from the immensely talented Lido.
A song like nothing I've heard before. And that voice...
The dopest alt R&B group I've heard in a while.
An incredibly good song I honestly never would have expected from the rapper/singer of "Try Me" fame.
One of my top 5 for the year. She has a fascinating story - the daughter of Neneh Cherry and the producer for Massive Attack.
... and if you liked the voice of the dude from last post's chorus, enjoy.
You NEED to hear this one. The guy on the chorus is something special...
This is the song of the Summer that won't be played at nearly enough parties.
The debut single from Stefan Alexander! So proud of this song - over two years of work to get to this point. Hope you enjoy!
