New Orleans has lost a kind,gentle and loving soul today. Chet was the best neighbor a girl could ask for! He was always smiling or making someone smile. Words cannot express the loss that so many are feeling. Chet you were a true gentleman and I will truly miss you. My deepest condolences to your family and friends.
