We bought him some vanilla ice cream, while we were waiting a worker passed by with a cup...Esai says "hey he has my ice cream!" We tell him "no, yours is coming" he got a little sad. The worker returns with a spoonful of ice cream for him to have while he waits...it was not an early bed time for him. I'm super proud of my son. He hasn't seen any of his normal toys for a few weeks, hasn't seen his normal friends from church , even asked about going to church but was disappointed that Kelli, Sära and Robert weren't going to be there. Everything that was normal even the foreign language has changed. He's taken on the move and is finding fun wherever he can. I don't remember moving a lot when I was young. I do remember missing people more than anything. I learned how to navigate it and handle it as I got older and so will he. For now I'm just proud of him for being a champ and not freaking out that his Lightning McQueen big car isn't out of storage yet. "It's in the boxes" as he explained to me the other day. I am humbled to have been blessed with an amazing Wife and awesome Son. (at Frankfurt, Germany)
