Starbucks funded the police in Atlanta so here's their recipes
this is way more helpful to people with what each pump equals or what "to the second line" equals in actual measurements not starbucks measurements so employees and ex employees add ur personal guidelines
for syrup pumps, I'd say each one roughly equals a tablespoon if you cant get a hand on pumps. the 2/3/4 is referring to pumps per size.
short = 8 oz = 2 pumps (tablespoons) of syrup. tall = 12 oz = 3. grande, 16 oz, 4. venti, 20 oz, 5. iced venti, 24 oz, 6. trenta, 30 oz, 7.
one tablespoon is .5oz and one espresso shot is 1oz, dont include ice weight for iced drinks
The bottom line on tall cups is, if I'm remembering correctly, 1/2 a cup, Grandes are a cup and ventis are a cup and a half.
For cold brew and shaken tea and stuff like that we brew them double strength and dilute with equal part water as standard. (: Have fun
Oh also to get your ice coffee made at home to taste right brew it double strength THEN ice or brew it a little extra strength and put it in the fridge to cool until it's actually chilled.
