It follows a 4 day, Upper Body and Lower Body split, with an optional 5th day for a full body pump.
I selected exercises that could be done at any major gym, and included links to exercise demonstrations from some of the best online trainers, like Scott Herman and Jeff Nippard, but a few others as well.
This program is designed to hit all major muscle groups with a focus on muscle size and strength.
