Day 10
Feeling fantastic from cutting out processed foods and sugar! Sugar is the devil and I am feeling great without it. I'm sleeping better, have more energy. It's awesome! I'm surprised by just how good I'm feeling. Sometimes I think 'oh but I miss this food or that food' but they are bad foods for me anyway and I am making a choice to do this, no one is forcing me. So I will keep reminding myself of this. Here's to another great 20 days!
