MINI RASPBERRY LEMON CHEESECAKES

Late dinner: pepper jack and salami grilled cheese and some grapes ^_^

Lemon-pepper pappardelle with sautéed mushrooms and an onion/bell-pepper/asparagus blend seasoned with garlic, parsley, and some lemon zest to bring out the pasta's flavor.

Pasta salad made with some lemon-parsley pasta I bought at a farmer's market today! The lemon flavor really comes through, so I dressed it with a lemon-olive oil dressing, sprinkled it with plenty of lemon pepper and Parmesan! I tossed in some tomatoes and endives with salami--sautéed with a splash of balsamic for good measure!

Thoughts on breakfast: a waffle with ice cream is basically cereal with milk when you break it down--dairy, grain ... It's all there 😉
