We had a class this past week on Abundance and Prosperity. Now when people hear those words, they tend to just think of money; which is fine, since we do need it to get by, but there's more to A&P than that.
What does Abundance mean to you? Abundance is defined as an extremely plentiful or over sufficient quantity or supply, overflowing fullness. One member in our class said that to them, Abundance means "having everything I need to give and receive love."
What about Prosperity? Prosperity is defined as a successful, flourishing, or thriving condition, good fortune. Class members felt Prosperity to them meant being full, and the return of energy.
There are three words we use when it comes to Abundance and Prosperity.
Be open, positive, and willing to accept what we all deserve: abundance and prosperity. Change your thoughts, change your life. Do Good, Be Good, Get Good. Think of a thought pattern you could give up, then think of a thought pattern to replace the old one with. Remember, bad things happen to good people, but when it comes down to it, it's not about avoiding the bad, its about what you do once its over. It's your thoughts that dictate what comes next.
You must give to receive. Always be mindful of your intent, learn to give without expectation. Give what you can, solely because you can. And do so expecting nothing in return.
It's a step 1, step 2, repeat, repeat, repeat plan. It's not just one action, one thought, and boom. It's a lifelong process of acceptance, sharing, and work.
When you can, donate money to an organization or family in need
Some stores do "round ups" on your order with the change rounding up your purchase goes to charity
Some stores solicit $1 donations through checking out when using your debit or credit card
Keep a bowl for your pocket change. When you have saved some up, donate a percentage
Donate anything that can be reused to a local charity
Find your money corner (Feng Shui). Make sure nothing that resides there is broken and that it is bright.
Always have a dollar or more in your wallet. You can anoint it or bless it any style you choose. Be sure to thank it and ask it to attract it's friends.
Citrine and pyrite are great stones for abundance.
Herbs to attract abundance and prosperity: clove, cinnamon, patchouli, basil, cedar, jasmine, pine.
Keep a small door near your door. Fill it with money drawing herbs, stones, oils-place your change in it. When it's full, donate that change.
Colors of abundance: gold and green
Never put your purse on the floor.
Pine needles in a bowl by your door.
Write your wishes on bay leaves. Burn them to release your wish.
These are just a few things you can do to help increase your abundance and prosperity. The key ingredient is YOU. Remember Think, Act, Flow.
