That would be called…

It’s the law that whenever you see these signs, you have to pose your furby with them.
I keep briefly loosing sight of fORB and suddenly being terrified that I’ll have another cursed object loose in my house only to appear months later in a strange place. Five times was enough.
I’m so curious rn
Took me a month to find him that time. He was watching me sleep for weeks. So rude. At least Bill was clearly protecting me when he disappeared.
I want you to know that I hurt myself laughing at this
more content of true god fORB was requested ( by @thegrimsqueaker ) and what can i do but provide
Fun fact: before I started working on fORB, I was excitedly telling a friend about my plans, and she just looked at me strangely and said, “you know you are making a legitimate cursed object, right?”
who could i possibly be drawing this for
sources for hodgepodge, fORB, longfurby - check them out i love them all
I HAVE SEWN THE FINAL SEAM.
THEY ARE OFFICIALLY COMPLETE.

fORB.
IS.
ASCENDANT!
I’ve been haunting the furby tags lately, if you haven’t noticed, so my blog might become more cursed than usual

Even though they’re not finished yet, fORB can still enjoy a delicious lunch with me.
that furby is terrifying
Thank you.
i let the furby skins soak in fabric softener after i washed them and my sis found them and sent me:
and i have never laughed so hard x’D
never do i ever want to hear the words “furby skins” uttered ever again
You never peeled a furby?
What the absolute fuck
Superior Skill: Superior Knife Lawyer
i blame @strictlyquadrilateral
Superior Knife Lawyer 0 - Ignorance of the law may be no excuse, but it’s your excuse for getting cut by a breadknife.
Superior Knife Lawyer 1 - You can argue your way out of a paper bag using a plastic knife.
Superior Knife Lawyer 2 - You’re studying up for your Knife Law exams and you’re on the cutting edge of all the new developments in Knife Law.
Superior Knife Lawyer 3 - While they were partying, you studied the blade and the law and passed all the exams to become an accredited Knife Lawyer.
Superior Knife Lawyer 4 - You know all the knives that will get a client off scot free and all the laws to cut people up with.
Superior Knife Lawyer 5 - That’s not a spoon, because that’s a knife. All things are knives to you. You’re even good at cutting up the laws of physics and serving it. To your opponents.
In Which Diversity Isn't a Myth
Ok. I’m tired of the typical vampire, werewolf and fairy.I’m also tired of the occidental-centrism in mythology. Hence, this list.
I tried to included as many cultural variants as I could find and think of. (Unfortunately, I was restricted by language. Some Russian creatures looked very interesting but I don’t speak Russian…) Please, add creatures from your culture when reblogguing (if not already present). It took me a while to gather all those sites but I know it could be more expansive. I intend on periodically editing this list.
Of note: I did not include specific legendary creatures (Merlin, Pegasus, ect), gods/goddesses/deities and heroes.

(I have stumbled upon web sites that believed some of these mythical creatures exist today… Especially dragons, in fact. I just had to share the love and scepticism.)
This is perfect for my latest project ^~^
Idk if it’s stupid or what, but felt like contributing:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monaciello
the Munaciello, a little trickster spirit from my hometown, can be benevolent or malevolent. The article in English isn’t quite accurate on wikipedia, but here’s a link tomost Neapolitan legends from the city website http://www.comune.napoli.it/flex/cm/pages/ServeBLOB.php/L/EN/IDPagina/5654
OP, Thank you so much for putting this reference together. I’ve been working on an original novel that involves dragons from all over the world, and I’ve been having a hell of a time finding good information on non-European dragons.
All the other information is sure to be helpful for the future, as well, I am sure!

"Autism makes absolutely nothing painful... It causes people to act like they’re in pain." Oh, wow. You are, actually, literally, a sociopath. I do not mean that as an insult. No, I don't just act like in pain because I think I am. I act like I am in pain because I am in pain. I am a person. I feel pain, I do not just mimic its effects. I think I will give up here. The scope of your mental illness goes far beyond what I am equipped to handle. Please consider getting help.
Nice name-calling here. Anyway, can you point me to the damaged body part or malfunctioning nerve responsible for that pain?
you’ve never heard of fibromyalgia, have you?
you keep not interacting w the thing I've said at least three times now that you're acting in a way that's creepy af, w the (failed) attempts at guessing who your anons are. and I get that making ppl feel unsafe is a big part of ABA but ppl on tumblr aren't you're patients, you can't give therapy (or diagnoses for that matter) to strangers over the internet, and I rly hope you aren't going to charge anyone for this bc you aren't entertaining enough to b worth the cost of a free ticket
The second attempt was successful, and I had what I thought was reasonable evidence for the first. I also don’t see how that’s creepy? I’m trying to pin an identity onto those anons, isn’t that a good thing?
I’mma start off w some positive reinforcement, since that seems- well, not appropriate, but at least from my perspective it’s the funny kind of inappropriate. so: thank you for finally addressing the creep factor. you’re not quite addressing that you might be providing the creep factor, but you’re taking a step towards looking at your own behavior and that’s great. gj!
that said, as funny as your first failure was, bringing up your success rate doesn’t actually help your case when the issue is that it’s creepy to even be making the guesses that lead to your hit or miss stats. (also, the first failure wasn’t all that funny, what was funny was your attempt at evading any admission that you did anything wrong)
anon is there so ppl don’t have to identify themselves. when it’s not being used for harassment, anon is there so ppl can feel comfortable and safe talking about things they aren’t comfortable w having identifying information attached to. when you try to out an anon, you’re saying that they don’t get to feel safe having a discussion w you. making ppl feel unsafe is p much the definition of “creepy.”
and it gets worse when we remember that you have a choice in whether or not you receive anon asks. so basically what you’ve done is offered ppl a privacy screen, then decided it’s totes ok to look behind the screen. which is creepy af. like, if you’re going to try and id your anons just go ahead and turn anon off. much less effort and you don’t run into the problem of creeping ppl out by offering them privacy then rescinding that offer
I have to ask, why do you think it’s a good thing to identify anons?
is it bc of seebs’ “arguing over anon when you’re getting loads of messages all the time leads to confusion and conflating different ppl who are trying to ask different things” rule? bc seebs has that rule bc they get a lot of anon asks, and having a long argument w one anon gets rly confusing when you have several dozen more anon asks in the mix, so having some identifier in that situation helps (pls note that I say “identifier” not “identifying information.” the point wasn’t to figure out who you are, tho seebs did go down that rabbit hole the other day, the point was to be able to distinguish you from the dozen other anons asking things)
this is a thing bc there have been times when seebs accidentally responded to an anon asking a legit question as if they were a different anon who had been trying to pick a fight. it’s a rule for blog housekeeping, not an attempt to out anyone
whereas from what I can tell you don’t have the same problem, tho it’s likely that most ppl who would be sending you anon asks now feel uncomfortable about doing so bc you’ve indicated that you’re not going to respect the point of anon. or they’re like me, and have decided to interact w you w/o anon (even tho that’s my usual preference but fuck it I’m not going to be a target in your little guessing game)
