Raiden Kamikaze's Attire Be Like:

Young Raiden: Wears stormy lilacs and grays, with both stormy ocean & weather motifs to represent his clan/his loyalty to his family. (The Kamikaze Clan, a mage lineage with a storm symbolism.)

Adult Raiden: Wears dark midnight blues with light lilac/lavender cloud & star motifs,they're insignificant compared to the dark blues. Colors & motifs represent who that person that wears those two design aspects is loyal/faithful to.

(spoiler: it isn't his clan anymore.)

(Note: Teachers/Faculty and students of Konjutsu Academy must have at least 1 reference/motif in their uniforms to their clans, that is obligated in showing their loyalty and any defiance/insubordination to this mandate will be considered treason to your Mage lineage & will be punished by any means. -The Arahitogami Shoguns + The Seiji Clan)
