Chapter 87 "Cannibal family"

Yuu's "He's, like, stupid strong now!" is my entire mood on Namanari!Guren. (That's probably just me, but I feel like hes waaaay too strong. Kind of reminds me when Mahiru and Kureto fought in the seventh book of Catastrophe.)

Guren, Noya and Mahiru bickering is amazing.

I'm not sure, but wouldnt it have been better to keep hinding until Mika and Yuus wounds are okay and then run away from Guren, rather than drawing attention to their hiding spot and themselves again? Would've made a lot more sense honestly, but it's not that bad.

Chapter 88 "Ashura Tepes"

Yuu being stuck in the ceiling had me laughing me for two minutes straight, oops.

Even though he's a petty bitch, I thick Noya is neat. His design is nice (cough Volume 21 cover cough) and he seems to have pretty good swordsmanship.

That chapter was basically just setup for the next one, so I dont have that much to say.

Chapter 89 "Vampires End"

So, you're meaning to tell me, that Mahiru can "auto-block" attacks (which sounds like its straight from a video game tbh), can move the sword on her own will, while Guren simultaneously uses spells?! We need to nerf Guren asap.

Mika biting Guren was the plot twist of the year. (And, admittedly, very clever.)

I'm not even going to try to understand which hit was who's, but that was brutal. Oof.

Did Yoichi not see Mika / didnt recognise him or didnt he say anything about him on purpose? So many questions...

So I'm guessing the human form of Shinoas demon is Shikama Doji, and the dragon-ish form is Shi(-chan). Hmm.

I really really hope Yuu stops trusting Guren after that. (Even though I doubt he will, because, as he said himself, he only feels like he has a reason to live when he is useful to other people.)

Asuramarus "Strong humans dont exist. Humanity has never really needed to be strong." has me thinking, but I have no idea what he actually means here.

Yuu has some real bad mood swings here, poor boy.
