Which Chaotix member would enjoy watching cooking shows

oughhhhhghg this is a tough one

im leaning towards espio since hes very adamant on training his skills and educating himself (hence the 17 languages) so i wouldnt be surprised if that included culinary, whether it be learning the dishes of seaside or simply perfecting ones from his own culture (though i think that lies towards cookbooks more)

bUUTTT i can absolutely see vector just popping on a cooking show he enjoys watching while filing taxes or finishing up any client paperwork, all while picking up on a recipe or two to try out. and. hopefully not scorch to charcoal

The Team dark vs Team chaotix cutscene is so funny to me because literally nobody but Rouge and Espio were trying to fight at first

I kinda have this idea of Charmy’s parents being criminals, and so Charmy left them to become a detective

oOOOHH thats pretty similar to an idea i also had of charmy's past!! thats so cool, theres still so much about the chaotix as a whole let alone charmy that we dont know :((

maybe one of his parents would come back surviving, searching for charmy ?? bonus points if they have tension or straight up beef with vector because they feel entitled to charmy due to their biological relation, even tho vector did raise the kid himself

Following up on heatwaves for the Chaotix. So both Vector and Espio being reptilian, I think heat waves are AMAZING for them. Both thrive in high temps and humidity, so living in Seaside City (by the ocean, where humidity is prone to getting high in high temps) means they'd be vibing real well.

this SHOULD be Canon holy crap yeah, id imagine vector would enjoy it the most if its not too sweltering (crocodiles also gape their mouths to lose heat when temperatures are intensee so maybe if the fans not working well enough he lets his jaw hang a little) espio's scales would prob also be a bit lighter to keep cool but other than that both of them are js chilling out yeah

CHARMY though. buzzing. buzzing constantly. bees like to fan out their wings to thermoregulate, and with charmy being the only one to have fur (fuzz ??) too he becomes his normal hyperactiveness x10 and starts movin around the agency, to his coworkers' dismay

ive often thought about au’s where charmy does stick out as the second-to-last or final member of team chaotix to be infected, whether it be like you said espio stopping him from getting turned or vector trying to intervene later on to protect charmy :((

poor kid DEFINITELY wouldnt take it well, might handle it similar to how cream did from seeing his teammates and only family become mindless zombots twice over …

ORRR its vector who sticks out last, witnessing charmy getting infected (bonus points on the Angst ™ if its by zombot espio) and losing the closest things he has to little brothers/sons. imagine how that talk with sonic would go. if he didnt already have a tiny piece of him that looks at sonic differently since then, he sure does now

What do you think heat waves are like for the Chaotix

i remember seeing this one post about how every sonic character would deal with heatwaves (or js hot weather in general i think) and VIVIDLY recall them mentioning that the chaotix would actually be doing just fine and that. headcanon has stuck with me ever since

so yeah i think it would pass smoothly for them UNLESS chances are vector doesnt pay for the electricity bill that summer. which is …. not zilch
