First post! Meet Vyleria Frostwarden and Airelyv Frostvoid.

Just as introduction, you can call me Vy. I’m a long time Guild Wars 2 player who has had a lot of fun treating the game much like I’d treat street or landscape photography. Keep an eye out for a separate blog on my more traditional pictures.

The Bounty Hunter armor set has obnoxiously low-res textures, so I decided to swap out the coat and shuffle some things around to match.

The Sapling was just mere months old, but was unrecognizable from the Self that had just woken up from the Dream already. Aryel always expected to change, physically as well as mentally, he knew that his body was still forming, the menders had said that to him long ago.

Not many Sylvari are ripped from the Dream early, but sometimes it happens, weak pale figures emerging from the pods, not yet knowing where to go and what to do. Most of them grow up just fine, gain a bit more colour, more structure, their face evetually growing into the right proportions. It would happen to Aryel as well. And yet it came as somewhat of a shock to him when he saw his reflection in a pond in the grove, and his hair had begun to take a blueish colour.

Just a little tint in the beginning, a light blue creeping into the leafs on his head, then it got more saturated, and darker. The tips began shimmering purple, small blossoms began growing between his wavy strands of hair.

Aryel looked into a mirror at the Priory, and saw his refelction once again. He touched his hair, traced his fingers along his jaw as if to check if it was still him. It was. Though it may have been hard to believe, it was still him.

anyways ARYEL FACE REVEAL this is how he looks now. those at the fashion show already got to see her :) pretty face :) its his canon look from claw island for the rest of the personal story

do you guys also have characters that "canonly" own one/several of the mounts in-game? or do all of your characters own every mount? do you have characters that don't own any mount and you just use it in-game as a gameplay means to move around but the actual character wouldn't?
