He is Ba'shnag's son. A Necromancer found his body and turned him into a zombie.

Insulting an orc is one of the most dificultad things in the world, but death... Death during battle is the most precious action in orc culture, so, they feel really angry and offended when this transformation happens. Even worse if is made on an orc hero and Warlord's son like Baaldraugr.
