Coping with my anxiety.

So I've learned that there's no getting over my anxiety, just that I have to cope with it and I've been doing little things here and there to try and pick myself up when I'm lower than low. One thing is is taking time out of my day for me you know little things like sheet masks hair masks stuff like that and one hair mask in particular that's kind of like caught my attention is this one that was sent to me for free for testing from influenster, it's the L'Oreal everpure hair sheet mask and it actually smells very therapeutic and really very calming I didn't think that essential oils and all that stuff really did work but I'm starting to kind of believe that they do. Because the more more that I get into that kind of thing the more I feel better so I've since repurchased said hair mask multiple times and make that a part of a routine that I do just to calm myself a little more. And hey my hair doesn't look half-bad now 😉
