Well introductions. I feel like I don't have to say much but given multiverse shit I guess I'll briefly go over some shit.

HELLO IF I COULD PLEASE HAVE EVERYONE'S ATTENTION NOW THAT THE DOOMSDAY TRAILER WAS RELEASED??
thank you!
so I just wanted to remind everyone that Ravonna Renslayer was absolutely right. why? because she said that if the multiverse was released it would result in chaos and death and another multiversal war. and that's why we're getting doomsday, it's another multiversal war, the one that the TVA was designed to prevent. evil? absolutely, but it was a necessary evil.
If Bucky or any of your favorites die, I want you all to blame Sylvie for releasing the timelines and agree that everyone should've listened to Ravonna.
That's all, thank you again!! ^^

*Tony squints*
You know, usually the X-men and Avengers donât talk much. We kinda have a history.
I guess youâve always been more of an Avenger than an X-man.
Yeah Iâd love to, just donât tell anyone else about it.
"No. Because then I'll get drunk, and I'll get sloppy and let you drink. I know what you're doing."
Thatâs not.. what Iâm doing man. Promise I wonât.
He glared into Tony's eyes for a moment. He doesn't falter. Logan sighs dramatically, sitting back down in his seat.
"Fine. No alcohol. Whatsoever. I'm allowed to because I have to deal with this bullshit."
He flagged the bartender again and he passed him the same glass of whiskey.
He sipped from it.
*Tony very quietly asks for a Shirley Temple. Heâs so quiet he has to repeat his order to the bartender*

"I ain't affiliated with any of em anymore. Well.. I wear the yellow and blue, but it's different. And i wasn't gonna tell anyone anyways."
He gestures towards outside.
"I know a good bar up the road."
*Tony puts on the average Avenger disguise (hat and sunglasses), and follows Logan.*
Itâs much appreciated.
He doesn't look at the other as they walk. They walk in silence for a moment, before Logan glances around in surprise.
"does that actually work? The disguise.?"
Genuinely more effective than any cloaking technology I use.
He snorts.
"That's fuckin' hilarious."
Itâs embarrassing is what it is. Iâve put so much effort into cloaking technology and it gets discovered but the hat and glasses never does.
Get a trench coat and you can hide a costume as well.
"I gotta try that next time. Obviously I'm not as popular as.. some people."
He grunted.
"but I get recognised a bit. Pisses me off sometimes."
I can imagine.
"Hat and glasses.. I'll write it down."
They arrived at the bar.
"here."
He pointed
*Tony lets Logan lead. Heâs always ashamed of himself for breaking one of his rules, âno barsâ, but he was invited so itâs a social thing. Building connections. Thatâs his justification anyway.*
He comes in and greets a few people with a grunt each, he seemed to be a regular. He sat on the seat that was a bit lower than the rest, like it had been weighed down many o' times before.
He looked over at Tony.
"You look nervous.? You worried somone gonna recognise ya?"
I mean a little yeah.
*Tony takes a seat beside to Logan.*
Not a great look for the Avengers if a core member is sitting at a bar.
*A half lie sure. He doesnât care about the Avengersâ reputation. Itâs bounced back from worse.*
He shrugs.
"makes sense. I stopped worrying about my reputation a long time ago.. too much fucking effort."
Well the X-men are already in PR hell for just existing so itâs harder to get worse than that.
"That's what I told Scott. But he had to get all self righteous, say we needed to stand up for ourselves. Prove we were ok. Fucking bullshit. We were chasing a daydream."
He flagged the bartender. He didn't even have to order, the other already knew what he wanted. He slid over the glass of whiskey to Logan and he took a sip.
I get why Scott does it. Anyone being raised by Charles would go a little insane with âthe dreamâ
Iâll take a bourbon on the rocks.
*Tony altered his voice just a bit.*
He smirked as Tony altered his voice. It was funny, seeing the usually sassy and outwards man being so cautious.
"I'll take a bourbon on the rocks."
He said in an overly mocking tone, laughing afterwards.
*Tony elbows Logan*
Listen! Iâm not taking any chances. Besides itâs second nature at this point.
He clears his throat, laughing subsiding as his smirk remained.
"I get it, I get it- it's just funny as hell-"
He takes another sip.
Itâs not that funny.
*When Tony gets his drink he takes down half on it and subtly braces himself on the table for the burn.*
Logan takes a smooth sip of his own. He looks at Tony.
"nice? I ain't tried the bourbon here before."
Sâalright. Not the most expensive stuff but not bad.
He snorted, looking forward again.
"Don't be expecting expensive stuff from here. 's cheap liquor to drown bad decisions. Thought you might need some of that, don't we all..."
*Tony shrugs slightly.*
âs the real reason you took me here? Out? We havenât really spoken..
"guess so. 'm in a good mood, and I was getting sick of Wade."
He took another swig
I canât imagine why..
*Tony stared into his glass.*
He chuckles dryly.
"Exactly.."
A silence hangs in the air for a few moments, Logan takes another sip or two, only having a few more left in the glass. He looks over at Tony again.
"What's got ya feelin down? Not one for feelings, but we gotta talk about somethin'."
*Tony doesnât respond for a minute.*
âŠIâm relapsing.. or rather, Iâve relapsed and Iâm just leaning into it.
*Tony finished his glass and gestured to the bartender for a refill.*
Logan stares for a moment. Comprehending what he said.
"Relapse as in drinking? You were sober?"
Yyyep. Relapsed Monday.
*Tony takes a sip of his drink.*
"Shit, man? I didnt-.."
He pauses for a moment, before gaining a determined look on his face. He grabs Tony's drink and sculls it, placing it back on the table with a hard 'DONK.'
"You should've told me- fuck, I'm an idiot... You're a human. Without a healing factor. You gotta take care of yourself."
*Tony snatches his drink back.*
No- âs fine. I have backups and Iâve died before. This is not the worst state Iâve been in. Just let me have a nice night.
"An alcoholics favourite saying. I know because I am one. Tonight just means you're more comfortable with breaking the sobriety."
Iâve already been breaking it for a week.
"Nope. I'm dragging you back to that stupid tower or stupid compound, wherever you live, and you're gonna get sober. You cant live forever, Tony."
He snatches the glass again, shoving it in the nearest bartender's face.
*Tony groans.*
I had assumed youâd known. This sucks.
"Like you said. We don't talk much."
He gets up, the chair bouncing back up as his heavy weight was no longer on it. He pats Tony on the back, hard.
"C'mon. Get up."
*snort*
Youâre acting like a bouncer at a club or a casino..
Man itâs been a minute since I took up gambling.
"and that's a good thing. I will not be an enabler for two of your addictions today."
He grabs Tony by the collar and lifts him up, dropping him on his feet next to the seat.
âŠIf I get something without alcohol can we stay?

Just let me have a nice night.
wanna catch a drink?
@worstwolverinee
*Tony squints*
You know, usually the X-men and Avengers donât talk much. We kinda have a history.
I guess youâve always been more of an Avenger than an X-man.
Yeah Iâd love to, just donât tell anyone else about it.
*Tony finished his glass and gestured to the bartender for a refill.*

âs the real reason you took me here? Out? We havenât really spoken..
"Tony, Reed and I are here to speak to you. Please come out and chat."
Norman whispers, "Alright Reed, okay now talk to him, like we discussed."
@solving-everything
Goddamnit.. told you Iâd talk to you later, Normân.
You want Reed tâ lead? This outta be good- sorry: Fantastic.
Right! Yes. Ahem.
Hello, Tony. Weâre worried about you, are you drinking? We have reasons to suspect you are⊠and thatâs okay. We want to help.
*Looks at @norman-osborn-oscorp-ceo .*
Norman mouths, "Great job" to Reed. And gives him a thumbs up.
"Tony we're concerned, we know how important your sobriety is to you, and we want to help you. But neither one of us can help of you won't speak with us."
@theironcan
..Yeah? You guys practice that pitch in the car before getting here?
âm fine. You two go back to your perfect happy lives and sunshine n rainbows over there. Yeah.
*Reed makes his nose comically large, to enhance his sense of smell, and sniffs.*
Tony I can smell the alcohol in here.
@norman-osborn-oscorp-ceo
"I don't need to make my nose giant to smell the alcohol, Tony you reek of booze. Should we call Pepper? Or your AA sponser? You're obviously struggling with something, talk to us."
@theironcan
*Tony starts to pace around his workshop.*
Okay- Godforbid I have a small drink when Iâm stressed! I save the world so- uh.. often! And I canât have a little thing to myself? Sometimes I just want to let loose, build something, and not be so stressed about everything-
*Tonyâs pacing stutters.*
I sound like my dad.
*Reed really does not know what to do, he is out of his element completely. Sure he has parental issues, and who doesnât, but nothing like Tonyâs.*
*Reed looks at @norman-osborn-oscorp-ceo , trying not to look like a confused toddler.*
Norman puts a hand on Reed's shoulder, stepping forward.
"Alcoholism isn't the answer. My father was an alcoholic too, Tony, and I know how that shadow can follow you your whole life. Trust me, my father also affected me deeply; I find it almost impossible to talk about my terrible childhood."
Norman sighs, trying to be as gentle as he can.
"You're stressed and overwhelmed, but keeping it all inside won't help. Don't do this to yourself, please Tony, talk to us."
@theironcan
Cause youâre so perfect nâ all knowing. I know âs easy for you to not fall into bad habits but not all of us have that luxury. I donât know how youâre doing it but yeah itâs not that easy.
"Tony, I have aggression issues, night terrors, PTSD, and depression. You want to know why I stay out of trouble? Because I mostly stay in Oscorp in my lab, where I have control."
Norman's tone softens. "I have to avoid fighting or else I find myself triggered by PTSD and I go too far, resorting to too much violence. If I start hitting people, I don't stop; I want to hurt others. The best thing I can do is step away."
Iâm glad you got such a good system in place. See when I try to spend my time in my lab, I get told that itâs not healthy for me. Because I canât do anything right anymore.
Not like Iâm one of the smartest people on this planet! No I need a baby sitter and interventions and whatever else people try and throw at me.
"It's not a good system. It doesn't solve the underlying problem after all. I'm heavily medicated and I attend therapy twice a week. It's a constant tight rope walk."
"Tony we're trying to understand, trying to help you. But it feels like fight now you'd rather fight. Would hitting me make you feel better?"
IâM- Iâm not a tantruming child! Everyone treats me like I am one but Iâm not! I just want to be left alone.
"I don't think you're a child. Don't do you actually want us to leave you alone? Is that making you happy?"
I just donât understand whatâs so wrong about having an occasional drink! Everyone does it!
"How many did you have tonight?"
Eh.. like 3? Itâs fine. I have rules in place.
Three what? Glasses? Shots? What are your rules?
I have to drink 3 bottles of whiskey back to back to get tipsy. A few weeks ago I drank 5 so I had an excuse to lash out and argue with people I cared about.
3 glasses of 50% ABV Bourbon. Iâm not superhuman jeez.
"That's my goddamned point..." Norman grumbles, "that's a lot of alcohol for a normal human being."
Itâs fine.
My rules are donât drink more than 5 glasses, donât drink when Iâm happy, and donât go to bars.
"What about drinking when you're sad or angry?"
Sometimes I need something to ease the stress. Being a superhero isnât easy.
"You can talk to us too Tony, talk to your friends, your family, do something a little less... Self destructive."
Eugh Iâm fine.
"Well, I'm not fine. I'ma wreck, actually. And I think Reed's stun locked." @solving-everything
âŠAccording to the World Health Organization, alcohol consumption is found to play a role in more than 200 diseases, injuries and other health conditions.
This includes an increased risk for conditions such as liver disease, pancreatitis, gastrointestinal inflammation and bleeding, high blood pressure, cardiac arrythmias, cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, stroke, alcohol use disorder, peripheral neuropathy, Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, depression, anxiety, and more.
*Glare.*
Reed Iâve died before. Multiple times. I have my mind backed up in 5 different places. Iâm not concerned with high blood pressure.
@norman-osborn-oscorp-ceo
... It might have been a mistake to bring Reed.
I've died before too, and honestly, it isn't an experience I want to repeat.
Do you actually want to die, Tony?
Might it have been?
Iâve spent so long waiting for it to happen in my suit, does it really matter what I want in this situation?
Norman pinches the bridge of his nose. "Jesus H. Christ, you're impossible. Oh no, I'm Tony Stark, and I'm having a relapse, and my friends care about me. Even Norman is here trying to convince me to stop being stupid. You're the dumbest man in this room right now, Stark!"
Tony.. youâre one of my closest friends.. weâve been with each other through so much and.. I donât want to lose you. Weâre both men of science and not many are my intellectual equal, even fewer are willing to put up with me like you do.
I really value that since itâs so scarce. Youâve helped advance the scientific community in ways few could dream of. And future generations need you and your mind and if you continue down this path theyâll lose that. Not just some copy of your mind but you.
âŠHow long did you work on that? Very uniquely you.
Since we got in the car.
@norman-osborn-oscorp-ceo
Honestly, well spoken, Reed. And sincere. Alright, let's get Tony sobered up, take a cold shower, and rest, right? @theironcan
Canât make me do anything.
True but we can encourage you to come with us and eat some burgers and fries at a fast food place. Or do something nicer than... Whatever this is
Hm..

*Glare.*
Reed Iâve died before. Multiple times. I have my mind backed up in 5 different places. Iâm not concerned with high blood pressure.
@norman-osborn-oscorp-ceo
@norman-osborn-oscorp-ceo
Honestly, well spoken, Reed. And sincere. Alright, let's get Tony sobered up, take a cold shower, and rest, right? @theironcan
Canât make me do anything.
