The track of the week comes from Lincoln, NE. It's a song by Guilty Is The Bear; I had the pleasure of meeting them last Friday here in Iowa City when they opened for Wild Belle. It was a great show and the band was so sweet to me, even gave me a free wristband. I listened to Pride Theatre in its entirety and had a hard time picking a favorite track. If you get a chance to see them live, do it! They're groovy.

The Jam Session is returning to the airwaves! Hurrah. Your friendly neighborhood DJ hosting as always, every Sunday from 2-4PM beginning September 8, 2013. I would have started this week, but I'm going to be out of town this weekend. Really excited for the Oddball Comedy Festival in Tinley Park, IL. (I'm seeing on of my faves - Flight of the Conchords!) So expect to hear FotC when I get back to Iowa. I'm going to do a much better job of updating this website WEEKLY to put up some tunes you can stream. I abandoned this site a year ago for a Twitter account, but now I'm going to update both. You can still send tweets to @jamkrui to make requests during the show. Thanks for listening as always!
