Dreaming up a Jayvik / Hades crossover
Find it interesting how most Jayvik fics have Jayce being the more down bad of the two. When my reading is that Viktor is down bad and Jayce is clueless till he falls in the pit.
Why is no one talking about internalized homophobia? It shapes so much the intimacy dynamics between men and explains so much of the way Viktor and Jayce play out.
Jayce being a clueless bisexual while Viktor spirals.
The psuedobreakup post hexcore.
Jayce coming to realizations after experiencing Viktors life and then lashing out at gay Jesus.
Viktor choosing evil except he keeps leaving the door open for Jayce to change his mind.
And then the ending really only makes sense if the one emotion these two dingbats can't escape is love.
Welcome to the Joy Movement! The great religious and spiritual movements have been grappling with tough questions for eons, but in their pursuit of answers they often forget about why they exist in the first place. People want to feel valued, to experience joy, and the Joy Movement exists to help make it easier to feel that way no matter what you believe. Descartes said “I think therefore I am”. The Joy Movement says “I am therefore I matter”. However this isn’t always easy to see, especially when our religious and secular societies lack a clear set of tools to talk about values. Check out the Joy Movement to learn more about how to feel joyful every day.
