Mag-aaral ng Culinary Arts sa Apicius Culinary School dito sa Naga pero di ko pa alam kung kailan magstastart
Walang tigil na naghahanap makalabas ng libog sa isang tao dito sa conservative, secretive at maissue na Lungsod ng Naga.
Pa-internet internet lang. Paseries series lang. Thai dito, Thai doon. Youtube dito, Youtube doon. Jakol lang ng jakol. (Joke pero totoo. Joke ulit)
Kain lang ng kain. Sana makapagpapayat.
Dakilang chikadora ng mga baker, bantay sa bakery, driver, pinsan, tita, tito, mama at papa, kuya, ate kasi putangina, what else do I have to do here???
Since magiging out of school youth ako for around 3-4 months, madami akong time, like sobrang dami. So here are the things that I’m going to do habang di pa ako nakakalipat ng bagong school:
My mom wants me to learn about cooking and baking. Parang culinary na din siya. May bagong culinary school kasi sa Naga and gusto niya ako ipag-aral kesa daw nakatulala lang ako. So ayun, culinary. It's helpful anyway. Magkakacertification ako and diploma. (Baka chef talaga or pagiging baker ang future ko. Jk)
Part-time job. Last year, nagfranchise family ko ng Kambal Pandesal. So ayun, since Night Owl naman daw ako, magbake nalang daw ako sa Bakery. She'll pay me 8k for 8 hours or half kapag 4 hours lang. (Pero wow, nagpasweldo pa si gago. Haha!) Sabi ko naman, itatago ko lang yun or gagamitin para sa mga personal na gastos or small-time business na iba.
After ko mag-aral magluto, mag-pipitch ako ki mama ng business proposal to start a restaurant/cafe of my own pero syempre, with the help of my brother. Panda themed na isip ko pero syempzz di pa final pero ipupush ko talaga if I have the chance and kayang i-market.
Since ang daming time para mag-soul search at pag-isipan ang life, I’ll have to think about whether I'll stay or I'll keep living the Manila dream and decide eventually when the time comes. I'll be applying sa DLSU - College of Saint Benilde. Also, I'll be applying sa Ateneo de Naga University (so ayan, balik Ateneo tayo).
I’ll never give up on my dream career. I’ll be taking up courses na related pa rin sa field ko. It may be online courses or courses that are available locally like for example yung mga TESDA offered courses na pwede ka na mag-ayos or assemble ng computers or whatever. Khan Academy, Codelabs, etc. etc. etc. I’ll also try to develop apps or web-apps, websites, programs, or random stuff. Gusto ko na rin gawin portfolio ko soooo sana magawa ko. Haha!
Last but not the least, papapayat na ako. Bahala na. Pero gagawin ko talaga to. Diet and Exercise. Besides, ang dami kong time.
So ayun, sana magawa ko lahat 'to. Magiging disciplined na ako sa shit ko kasi kailan pa ba ako aayos? Hindi ba?
Sabi nga ng nanay ko:
Natatakot lang kami na hindi kayo maging successful sa future. Pano kung mawala kami tapos maghirap kayo? Gusto namin, kapag wala na kami, stable na kayo, okay na kayo.
Every year, we get new beginnings or new chapters in our story that continues to unfold or we get to tear painful histories. We may forget the details but the pain and sorrow we have felt continues to linger.
2017 has just begun and it's hard for me to accept that, tangina, bagong taon, eto agad humarap sakin. But then I realized, it's my fault. I made a lot of mistakes but I didn't do my best to not repeat the same mistakes. I have to accept, whatever or wherever destiny or God or whoever brings me.
I had to do my part naman na siguro. I had to sacrifice my own happiness and desires for my future, my sake and most especially, para sa parents ko.
I can still feel the pain, frustration and disappointment. You can't help it naman e. It's normal to feel down. Pero syempre, we have to get back up on our feet. Move on na tayo, pero for the better.
My dear friends and family, we may not see each other frequently but I'm sure we'll see each other again. Di pa naman ako mamamatay. Hindi ito goodbye. See you again lang. Haha! Love na love ko po kayong lahat! Take care!

so i went to taft last night for happy thursday, (congrats dlsu! woot)
tapos there was this guy I don’t know if I like....nagmomol kami sa likod ng green residences.
We were like near sa mga suka place ng mga tao pero we didn’t bother. Nagkausap kami. Things cleared. He likes me, I like him too pero we weren’t ready despite the fact that we were meant for each other.
