It’s #TimeForTonnika The mysterious Tonnika Sisters appear in the Tatooine Cantina scene in A New Hope, but have never been included in the line of Star Wars action figures. Over the years, the reasons behind this have been debated by fans, and grown into something of a legend – now fans are starting a campaign to hopefully finally get them made.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ In fact, the Tonnika Sisters are very rarely featured in officially licensed merchandise at all. When @loungefly released a Cantina Backpack, I gasped when I saw them included in the print! Not just once, but several times. This mail call features the Galaxy’s Edge Rey vest and shirt. I love to collect Rey inspired fashion (alongside the other leading ladies), so my wardrobe already includes a few Rey vest versions. After seeing photos of fans wearing the Galaxy’s Edge Rey vest at the Disney Parks, I was curious how it would compare to my other vests. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ As I have not been able to visit Galaxy’s Edge yet, I was so excited when Shop Disney announced they would be releasing selected Galaxy’s Edge park merchandise on the website. The teaser images showed the Rey vest, which has been at the top of my shopping list – but they also had the matching shirt! I wish I could afford *all* the Ahsoka fashion, but alas, my wallet doesn’t allow it. When I first saw this dress, I knew instantly it belonged in my wardrobe. And lightsabers? I was very saddened to hear that @vans founder Paul Van Doren had passed away. I hope all you space moms had a wonderful day on Mother's Day ❤️ I was fortunate to be able to spend the day with my mom and daughter, something I know isn’t possible for many people around the world right now.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ My mom has always been incredibly supportive, and now I’m supporting my daughter as she begins her career journey – as an aspiring actress, she spent part of the day on-set filming a scene for a local television series. She grew up with Star Wars, and the leading ladies inspired her to pursue acting – we got to meet Carrie Fisher together a few times. I love lightsaber jewelry - these gorgeous earrings by @couturekingdomofficial are going to be worn a lot! ⭐ ⠀ ⠀ Today’s mail call video features two Star Wars earring sets by Couture Kingdom.
