I often think how we as humans evolved. Every human on earth right now is the product of 200,000 years of evolution. Whatever our ancestors did to get to this point. It was probably avoiding disease or escaping a predator. Now we avoid emails and awkward first dates just with the same fear instincts. I often wish instead of social constructs and modern day problems, I was running from a Leopard. While yea… our happiness and love is more abstract and deep, so is fear and pain. Maybe if I was simple minded, like a deer I’d fulfill this ancient satisfaction more than I do now. But then I wouldn’t have Minecraft and chikfila. So idk, maybe it’s worth it.

This is “fishmans”. A Japanese reggae/dub inspired band. They are one of my favorites oat. They are very dream poppy and dazy. Some stuff you can really get lost in. The singers voice (Shinji) is high pitched and almost childlike, it works perfectly with the tracks. I like most of their stuff but my favorite song is season.
