okay i did just send in an ask but. thinking about the june asks suddenly gave me a flicker of a vivid memory of simon's and now i feel like i should just do everything all three in a row
I think, as Simon, we had a sort of Edenian/Marsian (?) New Year. I think we'd visit trees we had in greenhouses spanning miles across; They were the graves of our ancestors and family members that passed. And I think we'd pay respects by watering them with our mouths as it was close to our blood and to give water that you could easily drink to the tree instead meant sacrifice, akin to how here one takes care of their elders in exchange for their care and raising. I can remember vivid images of the trees and the reddish soil from Mars in concrete rooms and glass shielding everything from the outside on the ceiling.

Okay so obviously considering the many varied kins I have of Japanese descent I've definitely celebrated the Japanese New Year before as like . everybody from Donnie and Raph to Emmet and Corbeau to Blazar and Kuroto and Momotaros (you get it). Probably Christmas too, both in a traditional sense and (mostly) the commercialized sense . and Halloween here and there too
it's funny because nowadays i Definitely don't celebrate those things besides Halloween BUUUUT I GET MONEY so im happy with what i celebrate now

I pass out asleep a lot of the time and im ojisan according to friends. I've been many a purple fellow and dragons and evil sides of a usually niceys person. I Am A Little Weak Guy Irl.
