its a mix! it depends on how well he knows you. for example, he starts off distant. but as you know one another he gets more open to closer interactions. (well. honestly if he knows YOU well enough.)

most common physical affection is leaning over you. Following from behind looking over your shoulder. what a cute guy what a cutie im killing him now

there’s something so special to me about how d3rlord3 calls the people from the village idiots, he calls the fake avery an idiot, he even calls the king in yellow an idiot to his face, but he never once insults or mocks avery’s intelligence. he acts kinda cocky and nonchalant when he’s on his own, he clearly knows how smart and clever he is, but he never looks down on avery because of it and always remains patient and kind with him. he reminds him that even if he’s not some genius puzzle master or whatever, he’s special, he can do great things, his life has worth and meaning and he deserves to live it to the fullest
