First chapter of my newest fic: The Shape of Blood in the Water
Mick Mundy has been a janitor for over ten years at the Occam Aerospace Research Center. The job is mundane but he puts a point of honor at being a bloody professional at what he does. So what if he can’t speak like the others? He’s always been like this and managed fine so far.
Then one day, an “Asset” is brought in one of the labs, turning his entire life around.
- A retelling of “The Shape of Water” with the TF2 characters -
An extremely self indulgent project that has brought back some of my old writing passion. Does it make sense? Absolutely not! Am I having fun writing this? You bet your ass!
I’d also like to thank @theladychonchon for her own story “Out of the Blue” that partially inspired me to toss my hat in the story ring and come up with this project. (Léon remains the cutest Tentaspy I’ve seen yet ^^)

More Gem AU Léon and Mick! Today, we have fusion, so Flint+Nacre=Boulder Opal.
The first time they fused, they weren't quite right; it was new and rather unstable. Over time, they developed a more refined look. Boulder is an old fisherman who wants to be left alone. He's much calmer than Nacre and Flint, at least in the long run. And the drawing of Flint and later Boulder is made by @pinapin 🩵💛💚🧡
