HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME~ IM FINALLY BACK!!! and as a gift to myself, and to you too, let me present my very very short byler comic that got delayed for seven (seven??!) months bc college life got me so busy huhu

You might notice some art style changes from in between the illustrations... erm yeah... that's what happens when your project spans months to finish while you're also improving yourself 😅😅 (started the first page on Jan 9, the week after the show ruined my new year lmao)

Here's to my tradition of drawing my current favourite ship on my birthday, lol. Please support and look forward to my next uploads, too, as I'll catch you up on my art college shenanigans!

i kinda needed a scene where will tells max that he has feelings for mike and at first she interprets it as a little crush and jokes around about how awful it is that he likes him, how he has terrible taste etc etc but she soon sees that this is far more serious than anything that jane felt for mike and she ends up giving some really good advice 😭

HOW can you sit there and watch Asa say “scrumptious” and “tickety-boo,” bring out the hot cocoa, and then watch Anthony absolutely GEEK OUT over the universe and point out the NIGHTINGALE while they hold hands under the night sky — and then look me dead in the eyes and tell me that’s not them?!?!?!

Like I’m sorry but that is literally their ESSENCE reincarnated into human form. Same souls. Same love. Same ridiculous little mannerisms. They found each other AGAIN. What more do you WANT FROM ME!!!!!!!!

The silliest thing I find about this whole "they only got 30 years together in the end with no memories of their shared history so what was the point" is that EVERYONE THINKS THEY ONLY MET EACH OTHER IN THIS ONE SINGULAR LIFETIME REALITY instead of my immediate thought that as its architects, Aziraphale and Crowley were wound so deep into the fabric of the new universe that there is a version of them finding each other and falling in love every single generation for billions and billions of years??????

A Roman version and a French Revolution version and a WWII version and ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND---

For goodness sake the song that plays over this version of them finding and falling in love is "Time After Time"! THE IMPLICATION IS THAT THEY WILL ALWAYS FIND EACH OTHER!!!!!! ***ALWAYS*** IN EVERY LIFETIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO hot take apparently

Imagine finding out you have 90 minutes to tie up a love story that's developed over thousands of years. You create something beautifully in character and completely on point for the plot. You pay homage to the original writer's legacy in a fitting and poetic way and create an ending that not only shows the depth of two people's love for each other but the wider love they have for the thing that brought them together in the first place.

And then you go online to find the loudest outcry is that everyone hates it and "THEY DIDN'T EVEN KISS!"

I feel sorry for people who didn't get anything out of that stunning finale.
