Little bow on a local stream after work. I love hiking these small streams with my wife and finding unpressured pockets. A little bit from yesterdays shenanigans with the wife. She kept casting well after it got too dark for me to see my indicator line and it paid off (kinda) when she hooked into the almost 30" tank she was zeroed in on. Unfortunately the beast broke her off after a short fight and we spent about 10 minutes in the water chasing her indicator, that was still connected to the line, that was still connected to the fly, that was still connected to the fish! Wut snow? Got out #FlyFishing on some gin clear #KeystoneSelect water this morning with the wife and cuz. Clarity made tricking the trout a little difficult but I managed to hook (and lose) a few.
