Context: This woman will always have dialogue about how much she loves Lloyd. The first time she only knows him by rumor and will later know more about him and gushes accordingly. Totally counting this as a hint of a future boss fight.

Context: Before Bale is occupied people will talk about the war in their own way. This guy talks about how it starts and shows how some people don’t know which side is on the right side.

Context: The happiest you will ever see Hoax is right before Bale falls to Sandora. Here we see, again, how people here see Dart as their salvation. A theme later explored in later Discs. But among the various new dialogue a hint of Kongol making a return.

Context: Before the occupation of Bale it’s citizens will talk about the war. In Slambert Plaza some people will talk about Albert one last time.

Context: Before going to Hellena again the people of Bale are celebrating in the belief that they will win. Here we see the artists of Serdio talking about how they’ll honor us.

Context: Does this count as foreshadowing two future boss fights? Sure feels that way. Just some more interesting flavor text in Bale before it gets occupied.
