Prompts for writing Eyes like that

☆ Her irises were the pink of the sky ten minutes before sunrise, when the dark hasn't fully agreed to leave yet.

☆ She had eyes like pale rhodonite. Rose-veined, quietly rare, the kind of thing most people wouldn't recognize as precious until someone told them.

Like that theory of "it made a copy of their brains and uploads it while the actual humans leave none the wiser" can't be true if the headset's got a laser radiation warning on it, right?? And on that note -- WHO THE HELL would design a HEADSET that SHOOTS LASERS???? What the hell was the purpose??? What were they trying to accomplish with it??

I'm no scientist, but is it possible that a man with a (presumably) malignant brain tumor designed a radiation headset in a misguided attempt to try and cure himself? 🤔 Or maybe he was just trying to keep himself "alive" by uploading his mind to a computer, and didn't care that the uploading process would fry his brain in the process because he knew his brain wasn't long for this world anyways?

I am curious about what Scratch was planning to do with the brain scanner in the first place, because it was never properly explained.

We know he had a brain tumor and was terminally ill. Was he trying to create a digital copy of himself? Or was he actually trying to transfer his consciousness into a computer, only for the headset to be capable of creating nothing more than a copy of his mind?

The theory that feels the most realistic to me is something similar to Black Mirror’s “Be Right Back.”

In the episode, a grieving woman who has recently lost her husband subscribes to an AI service that recreates a deceased person’s personality using all the data they left behind (texts, videos, photos, voice recordings and social media history). She can text him, talk to him over the phone and eventually even purchase an android that looks and behaves like him.

Maybe that’s what Mike Dobby (Scratch) was trying to accomplish,. creating a digital copy of himself that his loved ones could interact with after he was gone. The data he was feeding into the Red AI appears to be his own personal photos. I’m pretty sure one of the pictures shown at the beginning of Episode 8 is a hospital room with “Get Well Soon” balloons. All of the pictures seem personal actually. So was it meant to be commercialized?

But because the Red AI was defective, the Blue AI became corrupted and the headset itself didn’t seem to function properly the entire project was abandoned.

Honestly this is starting to feel a little too complicated. I kind of wish they had just stuck with the original “people trapped inside a video game” premise. Way less convoluted and less ethical concerns. Like you expect me to believe an ethics committee had nothing to say about this.

Let’s just say, episode 9 changed my perspective of episode 5 and 6. It explains Ragatha’s behaviors towards Jax getting close with Pomni and she said “Jax is corrupting her”. I thought corrupting meant Pomni changing for bad, not literally

So she has been trying to protect her, to not let the history repeat

After all, she lost her friends because of JAX

With everything that happened in episode 9, that moment with Pomni confronting abstracted Jax in the hallway got sidelined a bit and today I think it just really hit me how... intimate it was

Pomni is shooting with the same gun Jax gave her, using the same skills he taught her, both of them in the same hallway when they first connected.

And they could've done this confrontation differently, but they didn't. They chose this scene with the #TeamBadGuys callback, and I'm just here crying like wtf

Whether their relationship was romantic or platonic, it's an undeniable fact that Jax and Pomni fucking loved each other
