Welcome to the Lunar And Solar show AU!!!!

This AU takes place after Solar's death, technically this is a reincarnation au or reborn au, this au has been in my head for a while and I finally decided to make it real.

clarifications:

SolarNexus (technically Solar x new Moon because there won't be a Nexus arc) is canon to the AU so i'll be tagging SolarNexus in all posts to give the chance to those who don't like this ship to walk away.

Dark Sun and President Earth are not a thing because they serve no purpose to the story.

This AU is a work in progress

Yes, there will be someone who is similar to Dark Sun and President Earth but I won't reveal that yet.

Day and Night's names were changed from Daydream and Nightlight to Helios (the name of the sun god) and Nanna (the moon god in ancient Mesopotamia); the reason for this will be explained later.

SAMS Dazzle doesn't exist in this AU not because I don't like her (in fact, it's the opposite), I just don't know what to do with her in the story. LASS (LAES) Dazzle does exist because, well, I do know what to do with her in the story.

Mars will be replaced by another character that I won't reveal yet.

New Moon's design

thought process for the design:

The first outfit is so that the children can fall asleep on Moon (you know, nap time animatronic even if he doesn't do his job).

I'm going to draw Sun, Moon, Lunar, Earth and Solar with flowers, so Moonflowers were the obvious choice for Moon.

Yes, the accessory on the tip of Moon's hat is Solar.

this is Moon's design for all the AUs except the crossover AUs.

Here's Solar's redesign and some fun facts.

Solar's heart rays (I think, I don't know what to call them) retract when he feels negative emotions.

Solar's eyes get four-pointed star pupils when he feels strong positive emotions.

He only wears the apron during work hours; after that, he takes it off.

Since in this AU he is an actual daycare attendant, his uniform is more colorful to make him look friendlier to the children and to contrast with the colors of his body.

his hands are soft just like LAES Earth and he is as strong as she was at the start of LAES.

I forgot some facts so here they are:

Solar goes by he/him.

He feels more comfortable (physically) in long-sleeved dresses.

He prefers simple dresses without anything extravagant like chains or stones; basically, he prefers dresses he can sleep in.

This was also the case before he died and was brought back in this new body; he just didn't wear dresses because they weren't practical for work.

honestly i just like drawing male characters in dresses, I'm going to draw all the male characters in dresses at least once (except Roxas).

I hope I haven't forgotten anything this time.

well, my universe is kind of relatable to the original sun and moon show universe but Uranus is an included in the normal sun and moon show universe She's a different OC.She's a very nice person though. I reckon she was really shy when she first. Saw you, huh? And that's a total no reaction that she has to a lot of new people.because let's just say,Uranus has been through a hell ton of stuff. And it's not good for her.Since she has a lot of PTSD and Trauma about it. I'm pretty sure you guys have been through trauma and PTSD, too.So, if you could understand Uranus.She would be more comfortable around you...:]
