Ms. Williams was reported missing on September 16, 2012. She was last seen at her residence, in Arcadia, on September 2, 2012, when she abandoned her apartment and its contents. Ms. Williams lives alone and hasn’t contacted any family members or friends. She has a history of psychological issues. Three years ago Ms. Williams was reported missing and was located in Louisiana.  The Arcadia Police Department continues its search for Ms. Williams and is seeking the public’s help in locating her.
