L.Y.F.E began in Staten Island in a 2 Bedroom Loft Style Apt in Sept 2012.. by Nov 2012, a few individuals believed to have been friends of members of the LYFE family couldnt sit well with what we were doing. We were robbed and 2 members went through a LIFE changing exp. Not breaking and coming together stronger with the mission still on our minds. The lease was broken on our 3rd month and by the 4th month(Dec) we started all over again. With what we had left... materials were taken but those things were eventually bought back... what happened strengthen the family.. it turned water into blood.. and motivated us to make the dream reality so much more. 8 months later after Buulding the Shop, Studio, and Print Shop with our own Hands. From design down to painting...we were ready to open... that Day was July 1st 2013... ONE YEAR AGO!!! SO WITH THAT BEING SAID.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY @thelyfeshop #LYFEinBrooklyn #lyfe1yrlater #LiveYoungFreeEveryday 1 year down.. and LYFEtime to go!!!..

1 year ago we sat nervous wondering what LYFE would be... 1 year later we stand confident, proud and humble. Thankful for everyone and everything this past year.
