Not sure why I didn’t post this, drew it a few months ago. Drawing of a god (?) I met in a dream. She (?) was some kind of god of space and time. I kind of… fell through the dream I was having into the void where she resided. She said something to me, for the life of me I can’t remember what, then kind of grabbed me with one of the tentacles and punched a hole through the fabric of the void and dropped me back into my dream. Weird shit. Anyway.

Also, the tentacles weren’t rlly like this in the dream- they were kind of infinite in number and they went on forever but also started nowhere. Obviously I can’t draw that so this is the best I got.

Today has brought me two things

2. I did the fucking double tap undo for digital art on my notebook while writing I’m fucking stupid

Ok so part of the reason I haven’t been posting as many drawings I because!! I have been embroidering.

The two on the white fabric are gifts for friends I’m gonna make into patches :)

Meet my chickens!! This is by no means all of my flock but these are the best pics I have for now.

In order:

Goose (absolute CHONK of a chicken she’s HUGE. Like 4kg or something, easily the biggest chicken I have. Mixed breed as hell.

Nimbus (dark grey, total sweetheart, australorp), Cirrus (light grey, australorp), Olive (black, olive egged) and Shirley (brown and grey, cream leg bar, hates my guts, thinks I’m trying to murder her if I pick her up)

Greta (Wyandotte, very pretty, like 6 years old)

Spaghetti (lighter colour) and her sister Florence (more grey bits) who are absolute sweeties and come up for snuggles all the time, which is exactly what they’re doing in that pic. Are also half sisters of goose, friendly genes run in the family. Also both incredibly mix breed.

And finally, the BABIES!! Supposedly a mix of blue and black australorps. This is from a few weeks ago bc now they won’t stand still, but I think only three are girls so we can only keep them.

ALSO they do have an entire other grassy area of their pen we let them out into in the day, this is just where we can safely lock them up at night so foxes don’t get them. Because that has happened too many times and it is traumatising

I feel like I just need to say this somewhere but I have one MASSIVE pet peeve with about 80% of apocalyptic/ horror media involving diseases which is that they keep. Referring. To the disease. As a virus. WHEN ITS NOT A VIRUS. WHEN THEY EXPLICITLY STATE IT’S A BACTERIA OR A FUNGI. OR A PARASITE. AND THEN THE ‘EXPERTS’ KEEP CALLING IT A GODDAMN VIRUS. Anyway so yeah basically if ur writing anything involving a disease PLEASE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON’T CALL IT A VIRUS IF IT ISN’T A VIRUS.

I WAS working on a new artwork, unfortunately my stupid ass saved a file over it and now I only have this half finished screenshot that I took to show someone. I’ll probably eventually redraw it in a different program (I was originally drawing it on roblox, which is partially why I couldn’t get it back).

I haven’t posted any art in several months so here’s some stuff I’ve been doing in the mean time. Ngl the snake one is unfinished and I probably never will finish it, I bit off more than I could chew with all those scales. Once again made them on roblox cuz for some reason this one game makes me actually try hard.

Been having a bit of artblock and also recently started uni, so I haven’t been posting much. I am working on some stuff tho, it’s just slow going.

Sooo there’s this awesome library app called Libby, and basically it gives you access to digital books for whatever library you have a card for.

Anyway, what I’m getting at is that you can share cards, so theoretically you can have access to any and all libraries, anyone wanna share cards to increase our access to books? I have two I can share right now, one is really good, the other has limited books.

Bad news I can’t get access to the US libraries anymore cuz they’ve all made it super difficult to get an E card :(
