Hinterlands Living - Country-Style with 16 Items

This one-off set seems to be turning into a series, and I am not made about it. The style I came up with for Hinterlands Bedroom really speaks to me. It’s classic by not fussy, and really works well in my more traditional homes without looking gaudy and cliche. So of course the design style suited a living room. It all started with the sectional which I promised I would make a patterned one of, and it just called out to be skirted, and just ended up working will with the theme of Hinterlands. So this set was born.

Alesund - Modular Sectional and Chaise Seating

Another week, another sectional. Like most of you have probably figured out, I m addicted to sofas. If not, welcome to my favourite object I love making for my game. With the introduction of sectionals, it just opened up a whole different can of worms so I now have even more options for making seating (not that I needed an excuse before). Anyway, I want a few different choices for sectionals so that i have styles for different occasions. Phumo is very modern/MCM, and Alesund is very contemporary/classic allowing it to fit into more styles. I do want to get around to a classic style too at some point, and I am working on a modern/minimalist version right now. Lots of sofas in the future. In the meantime, enjoy this one.

The Lost Souls Hotel is a special place. Many years ago, Jazmine Bird decided to buy this old Victorian house to turn it into a hotel, a safe place for supernatural beings. Here, you’ll find very interesting people, coming from all around the world. It might seem run-down, but the aura of this place is really unique, it’s almost magical (especially at night). Come on in, wanderers, if you dare.

Hudson Bathroom - Collection of 31 New Items

I have had the idea to do a more ‘industrial’ bathroom for quite some time, but the idea never coalesced enough to come reality. I finally found that spark to reignite the idea, and here we are. I wouldn’t say this is specifically industrial in style, but the metal takes centre stage in the design. It also has a few new ideas like a separated shower and surround which i thought was ingenious when I saw the idea floating around a few places.

Stone Floor & Wall Tiles - Chevron and Field Designs

These designs came to me while making Hudson bathroom. I have played around with trying to make chevron tiles before, but they just didn’t come out quite right. This attempt actually did. I Then decided to include a simpler field tile because too much chevron can be over the top. So this turned into a mini-set in itself and now it’s ready to share with all you lovers of tiles.

Baker Seating - A Cosmoluxe Sofa Set

Another upload, another sofa set. This style is a bit different then what I usually do. It was adapted from a modern take on a camel back but I preferred it with a flat back. The bolster pillows (not separate) add a bit of panache that would have made an otherwise boring design, something a bit more classy. I definitely see these being right at home in a high end apartment, or a sprawling country manor.

Elsie Bedroom Basics - 25 New items

This was supposed to go up last week, but you know how life gets in the way. This is something I have been teasing on Patreon (only thing I could think to give as a little thank you to those supporting without pay-walling stuff). It is in concept a basics collection to give a standard, simple design that can be used throughout a home (in this case bedrooms) to give a cohesive feel. I am usually not for people asking for very specific designs in smaller bedframes or visa versa, but i can get behind a design that takes all sizes into consideration from the get go. If I like the concept, I may do more in the future. As this states, it is a basics collection, so it’s just furniture (and mirrors).

Urbane Kitchen

I am a glutton for punishment, and making another kitchen is testament to that. However, I really love the simple Scandinavian design and had to have it in my game. With a simple pull-drawer design, it will be very versatile without being overtly modern. I have also made a set-only sink for this kitchen since I wanted to do an under-counter mounted farmhouse sink. I love my other countertop designs, but wanted something more inbuilt here, and love the outcome.

Ellipse Seating - Curved Seating in 32 Colours

Found this design looking for something else on pinterest, and just had to make it. I glammed the design up a bit, added a contrasting fabric to the back, and voila! I love having more curved sofas, or sofas in general. I do think in time I am going to make a set I have already done because i have made so many sofas. But I have accepted that LOL

STRAUD MANOR - MAXIS-MATCH CC BUILD

I build this manor for the infamous Count Vladislaus Straud, but to be honest it’s very generic for any vampire family you want to move in! It was so off my comfort zone, but I really wanted to build something to my very forgotten Forgotten Hollow. 

The headcanon I imagined for this build was that he lives pretty lonely in this spooky manor after his beloved, vampiric wife was gone forever, due to the action of some vampire hunters. That’s why you can see plenty of her portraits all around the manor! For that, this amazing Constance Painted Portraits Set by @mlyssimblr fits perfectly!

Dyer House: A Haunted Residence

This compact, yet elegant, house has all the comforts a magical Sim could ask for; a cauldron, magical plants, potions and a library.

It has sheltered many witches and wizards that have contacted the paranormal via the séance table. Now, after all these years of different powers being used within these walls, the house has become a bit - haunted.

Can the current generation keep the house spiritual energies balanced while mastering the magical arts? Only time will tell….
