Looking over at the dark haired girl who had uttered the ‘Thorina’ comment, Tatiana eyed her for a moment. As a precaution, she smiled and made sure her ability was in full use, well, not quite full. Just enough for the girl to feel warm towards her, and that was if her ability had any effect on her. “Thorina?” She asked before chuckling. “And sorry about that, but I figured I’d have to act tough in a place like this.”
Veronica tilted her head to the side slightly as she suddenly felt warmer, the small chills that she had disappearing as if she never had them in the first place. Hmm, she hummed thoughtfully, did the spirit dwelling inside this pub leave already? She gave the pub a quick sweep with her eyes and not noticing any spirits, she shrugged. Well, it's whatever. I'll find him later. "Yup. Thorina." She commented with a smile as she returned her attention to the woman besides her. She thanked the bartender for their drinks and then placed Thorina's in front of her. "You know, in the movie Thor, when he likes a drink he tends to smash it to the ground and scream "another!". It's like a compliment in his planet, meaning that the drink was good and stuff." She explained, taking a tentative sip of her drink and smiling when the harsh liquid burn its way down her throat. Strong. Just how she liked them. A bubbly laugh escaped her upon hearing the woman's reasoning, and she couldn't help but leaned over the bar to catch herself in her laughter. "Oh, that is so adorable. You are seriously a cutie." She said through her giggles. "And most likely haven't visited bars like this one very often." She patted her arm soothingly. "Nah, cutie, you don't have to act tough here. Even though most of the people here look like thugs, they're really quite chilled. Well, unless you piss them off, then you're screwed." She flashed her another friendly smile.
