Oh hey.
Ryoji`s here.
"Good day, Minato. We at Les Amis de l'ABC are delighted to welcome you into our society. I have no doubt that your experience as a leader will be of great service to us. I must also agree with you that hope is a thing that ever dies. Let us work together to ensure that everyone keeps the faith."
"Sounds good to me.I`m glad we think the same way...chief."
an unfamiliar place [CA INTRO/OPEN]
Ouch… She really needed to watch where she was going. As she was about to get up to apologize profusely, Juno started nagging at her excitedly. Something was happening, but it wasn’t something bad. Then she heard his voice call out to her. But that’s impossible…! she exclaimed to herself. He’s acting as the Seal, there’s no wayhe could be here! It must be her imagination going haywire… Fuuka was just so excited to find her friends that she imagined the impossible. Yeah, that was it. She turned around, ready to bow and scream apologies at the person she bumped into, when her eyes met his.
"M-Minato-kun…!" She was speechless, just staring at him. It can’t be him, can it? He looked real, and sounded real too! He also seemed to think that this was a dream, as he called her ‘dream Fuuka’. Slowly, she walked up to the seemingly unreal boy she hadn’t seen in months. Tears started to flood her eyes, and she hugged him. Oh gosh, he felt real, too. This wasn’t a dream, she knew that for sure now.
His heart felt a pang of sympathy at the reaction. The youth figured it would be like this, and he felt himself silently reeling through the happiness of finally seeing one of his friends once more. "Oh...please don`t cry." Minato managed a half smile as he returned the hug, gently resting a hand, a very tangible and real hand, with flesh and pumping blood and everything, on her shoulder. He was real, and this wasn`t just a dream. "It`s alright, I`m right here." It was a big shock for him as well, and he was certain he was dreaming until he saw that reaction. It was just like the face she used to make when she was the most frightened. It was his pleasure to watch as the months passed by, that look of sadness had always transformed into one of hope. Perhaps now they could hope together with this new second chance. "You`re looking well." He said, pulling back just a little bit. He knew Fuuka wasn`t going to want to let go anytime soon, and Minato understood crystal clear. After all, it wasn`t every day you re-met a friend you thought to be dead. "I`m doing pretty good myself. Breathing and all..." He tried to make light of it, though that was pretty difficult. It`s not like he wanted to die, but he would do the same thing all over again if he had the choice.
"And the best part is I`m sticking around this time."

Offering his food wasn’t enough it seemed, the younger could only raise a brow as he was given a sound of dissatisfaction. He couldn’t please everyone now could he, even if what he had chosen from his plate wasn’t something that the other wasn’t much of a fan of. He stared down at all the food choices even though the other had denied him by motioning away, he wouldn’t let that bother him. A small sigh leaving from his lips as he shook his head, “Not to your liking huh?” Well that wasn’t that bad and could be handled easily. A light hum of curiosity as he pointed down at the delicacies that they could choose from.
“Ah, what’s that right here! Do you want that?” Remembering something, he turned back to the person who owned the small stall asking for what the other had chosen as of prior something he wanted to afford. Not only that, he wanted just a sample of everything that was being sold. “I would want that! And this! And ah .. what’s that?? I want that too! Uhmmmm!!” As he continued picking what he wanted for the other to have. He dug into his own pockets after setting his plate down to pull out his own wallet. It was only something normal being black, it having little masks the one was there was a happy one and a sad that cried with a single mizuki tear. As he opened it, seeing that it was slightly messy and he would have to clean it soon
He didn’t like going a day with a junky wallet. So as he pulled out his own pictures to set them down down next to his plate, he pulled out a bit of currency as he held it out towards the person. “If you have anything else that I could get, I wouldn’t mind.” As the transaction was done and he gained everything he had chosen, the male took everything which was given. It was a lot of course but at least they had a lot to choose from. His hands rather full as he held out a beverage towards the other. It was nothing but a coke but if the other preferred something different, Kano didn’t mind buying that too. Though as he took notice, he had left his pictures on the counter and with a frown.
“I shouldn’t have taken them out.” It wasn’t like they were anything bad, mostly selfies and a few pictures of his friends that he’d gotten to know within his stay of Hive City.
He was stifling a yawn as he walked off a few more paces, absentmindedly wondering if there would be a kind soul to help him. Or he would just walk back to his apartment, that sounded good. Until the chipper voice calling after him made him turn around, staring almost confusedly (though there was barely a shift in his glance, only a slight bit if you were looking) at the boy who ambitiously decided to sample everything. Oh. He was doing that for Minato`s sake. With a half smile did he courteously stop, walking over to close the distance between them as he paid for his things, still lingering behind a little bit.
"Well, well. That was a sudden change of heart, wasn`t it?" He joked in a soft tone, gingerly taking the drink from him and tasting it right away. It was quite refreshing, as he hadn`t had soda since he arrived in the city. Basically, since before he was dead. "I hope you`re hungry too." Not that Minato couldn`t eat all that alone, as he most likely could. But he wanted to share with his kind benefactor (kind being used loosely here, of course). As they began to move on, Minato stopped short when he realized that something was up, as Kano muttered to himself, silvery eyes glanced over his shoulder. "...Did you forget something back there? It seems important..." It only took a second of consideration before he decided to return the favor in a different way. "Here." He reached out to pluck the numerous foodstuffs from his hands. "I`ll wait, while you go back." It gave him time to think actually, for starters, why the heck did this stranger try so hard for him?
"I`m not going to run off, so don`t worry. I`ll just sit us down over here, okay?"

The blonde was someone who enjoyed applying at jobs wasn’t he? Even though he had about nine jobs, he wouldn’t stop just there. Having people who would take his spot when he wasn’t able to make it always made things better for him, like how Sonia would substitute in the maid cafe and how Seto would help within Junk Shop Heibon when the younger wasn’t able to make it. So at the moment, he had one of them taking his shifts at one of the many placed he would give her service in order to be at some food area as of now. Leaning over the counter with already a plate in his hands, he could only give some chit chat in the situation. Here he was trying to gain a job at this street stall but seeing that they wouldn’t budge, he could only pout. His eyes wide as he could only listen to the denying voice of the person behind it.
“Ahh, are you sure?”
“I’m sure I meet the requirements.” Maybe he wasn’t old enough for it or even that talented in cooking, he believed he could do enough from the skills he learned from Kido. A sigh passing from his lips as the puppy dog eyes ensued, he almost propping his leg on top of the table in order to get to the other side had he stopped once he noticed someone standing right beside him. A look that stated for him to stop acting like a child had he brought himself down with an amateur laugh and looked off to the side. They’d have to deal with this kid before they continue speaking to him right? Waiting for his turn, he stared at the male with darker blue locks beside him.
Eyes lit up a bit, remembered where he had seen a composure such as his before. Though it was a short act of kindness on his side did the male overhear his problem, it seemed that he had forgotten his wallet. The younger slowly slid closer next to him to see what it was that he wanted to purchase, taking in the abstract items that he wanted to have. In his own plate, he didn’t have much but he did have what the other was inclined in having. Grabbing his chopsticks off the plate had he brought the similar aquatic appetizer in between his silverware (as if that’s what he believed to call it) and held the food right in front of the other’s lips.
“Are you hungry?”
Despite the fact that it was quite obvious his wallet was left behind in his apartment, Minato continued to look. He would not give up! まけるな! He dug into his front pockets as well (even though they were always empty so that his hands could rest in them when he walked) to no avail. "Darn." Minato sighed and offered the stall proprietor a shrug in reply, looking a bit forlornly at the octopus that was almost wiggling on the plate beneath them. Wait. Them? Turning to the side did he see a blonde boy speaking to the man behind them rather cheekily. Huh. How did he not notice him earlier? Minato looked down with a surprised gaze at this sprite like being that suddenly appeared as if by magic. He almost protested when the food was plucked from his plate, but he recalled it wasn`t even "his" yet anyway. "Yes, I am." Minato looked into Kano`s eyes rather calmly. Though his golden ones were filled with a mischievous glint, the elder teen merely looked bored. Not batting an eyelash, or breath, he merely stared at Kano. He wanted to get this on with, so if he wasn`t going to be of help... well, frankly, he would just take advantage of the situation. Minato parted his lips and took the bite right out of Kano`s chopsticks. He chewed, making a disgruntled face at the bright eyed boy. Nah, it was no good! The persona user just turned on his heel and took one step away from the little miscreant.
"What to find, what to find..."
an unfamiliar place [CA INTRO/OPEN]
The teal-haired girl opened her eyes. She found an unfamiliar ceiling and an unfamiliar room as she turned her head.
Where am I, she wondered. This wasn’t the Iwatodai dorm, she knew that for a fact. Did I get locked in Gekkoukan’s gym again….? No, there was no way she could’ve been trapped there again; she made sure she fell asleep in her dorm room. And this did not look like a gymnasium.
Upon sitting up, her head throbbed with pain. Oh no…! Juno! Her immediate thought to the headache was if her Persona was going berserk. But there shouldn’t be any reason for Juno to go out of control… her Persona was one of her very good friends, there isn’t any way she would try and kill Fuuka… But then again, the only pain she was feeling was the fierce headache… Fuuka dismissed the thought of Juno going out of control, and sat up slowly. Looking around the white room, she spotted a door. What lies beyond that door? There was only one way to find out.
Carefully, she stood up, wobbling a bit due to the wooziness the headache had given her, and walked to the door. She hesitated for a moment, afraid of what might be out there. Will there be shadows waiting to attack a weaponless girl with a Persona that has no fighting capabilities? Will her friends be waiting for her outside the door? Slowly, and a bit shakily, she opened the door and found that it wasn’t at all what she was expecting.
"Oh wow…!" The streets were bustling with vendors and people, and the amusement park was visible over the market vendors. It was surely a sight for sore eyes.
Remembering that she wasn’t at home, she looked around for her friends. Since this place wasn’t Tatsumi Port Island, then she could find Natsuki! It would be so wonderful if she found her! They could catch up on what they’ve been up to and how they’ve been and oh it would be such fun! Excited for their meeting, she started walking quickly. In her excitement, she bumped into someone and fell over.
"Oh gosh, I’m sorry…! I-I didn’t see you there…"
The lights of the city were always so blinding at night. It was just like Tatsumi Port, however, so the memories that were dredged up of the city made him feel right at home. Thankfully, however, it was peaceful daylight where he could absorb some good old vitamin D and get some sun on that pasty skin. It had been awhile since he took a nice stroll, as he was so fond of doing. He felt a slight twinge from Orpheus, tugging right on the strings of his heart and making him stop in his steps. "Is something wrong...?" But there wasn`t much of a response. How strange...shaking his head once, moving his bangs out of eyesight did the boy continue his journey. Until he bumped into someone, both clumsily toppling to the floor rather than merely grazing shoulders. And right when she fell, so did Minato. Right onto his butt, actually. Thankfully, the fall didn`t do much to him. Unlike others with their reflexes, however, he was still a little new to this again, so he`d fell flat onto his face. Sliding his legs until his knees were bent, he popped up like a dandelion and promptly began rubbing his head. "Ah, that smarts." Cloudy eyes became clear when he looked down to see someone he didn`t expect. It almost felt like he was back in Iwatodai for a split second, rendering him absolutely speechless. When he finally spoke, just a name came out.
"Fuuka...you`re here?" He blinked confusedly at her, wondering if it was perhaps a little fever dream. Minato didn`t recall being sick, though. The persona user reached up to pinch his own cheek, a small 'ow' resounding afterwards. "Nope, I`m not dreaming after all. Unless this is really weird dream...feel free to speak, dream Fuuka."

The streets felt… dull he supposed he could say. It was bright and sunny, but it seemed like everything blended in for once, especially once you’re tired after a day at work. It was as if his world was in greyscale and nothing really seemed to pop out at him.
Nothing much aside from bright blue hair that is.
He didn’t know why this particular person jumped out at him. It wasn’t even his hair (because he was pretty used to Kazuichi’s own neon pink locks). He seemed to be about the boy’s age and something about him seemed… not exactly familiar, but at the same time…
Maybe it was his predicament. He could tell by looking at him what was going on. Ah. He’d been in this place before. He’d had friends buy him food and him pay them back. This guy… he didn’t mind helping him.
He approached the stall, ordering some takoyaki for himself, handing them entirely too much money.
"Pay for his too."
The proprietor of the stall gives him a less than pleased look as though he were skeptical of hearing that excuse over and over again. Minato had no problems with this, however. He would just go elsewhere if that were the case. Until a sudden voice made him turn around suddenly, staring curiously a few inches up at the brunette`s curious looking visage. "Oh, thank you. I was considering asking to run a tab but then again smiley probably wasn`t gonna consider that." Minato had no qualms about being a little snippy especially when it came to matters of the stomach. Hey, low blood sugar made him upset! Once they had received their food, the teen gave this stranger a thanks for providing his meal so graciously. Popping a takoyaki in his mouth whole, it`s almost like he chewed in a flash before he swallowed naught five seconds later. "You`re a real life saver, you know?" Minato didn`t want to speak with his mouth full so he ceased eating in order to probably thank his companion. Giving someone takoyaki to start a friendship...heh, that sounded familiar. But this wasn`t the Naganaki shrine.
"What`s your name, o hero of octopus dumplings?" He asked politely, not wanting to leave themselves in anonymity before continuing to eat while he responded. Minato did his best not to make it obvious buuuut...he was kinda staring at the hair. Hinata`s ahoge was really hard to avoid, come on. Don`t blame him.
man whether i`m on aoba or minato, kano is a shit

It felt like he`d been sleeping for far too long. Resting only went so far, but you tended to be a little more than lethargic when you`ve been used to death for awhile, really! Being able to move around like this was almost like fitting into a new body the way most people would slip on socks in the morning. Oh, sure, he`d done the whole 'living' thing for seventeen years, but being the Seal really took it out of you. You know, literally. Jokes aside, he was glad to breathe in the fresh air of the outside! The birds were singing, the sun was shining and-- his stomach was making sounds like a very dull earthquake. "Ah...I`m hungry. It`s like I haven`t eaten in days." Right, eating. That was something he always enjoyed. Thankfully he would eat just about anything, never limited by things like being finicky. All food was a blessing, really! And Minato would never turn down any kind of nourishment, even if it looked foreboding. He strolled right up to a stall with the most peculiar looking food (almost like it was on purpose) and ordered what looked to be some strange octopus, or perhaps a mutation of it. He reached into his back pocket to pull out his wallet, only to slide his hand through empty fabric. Oops.
"Oh. Where`s my wallet...?" Please help this poor boy, he died for your sins. You could at least buy him food.
casualtheft replied to your post: The real question is: how much food will there be.
ooc: well to the cannibals that depends on how many people show up

He didn’t ask for this.
Tatsuya didn’t necessarily make a comment towards Minato’s sudden arrival— in fact, he kept quiet, and merely gave a nod as a response. Someone sitting next to someone on a bench was typical, yeah? Normal, even.
… But this wasn’t too normal. Save for people in a relationship or family members who felt like taking advantage of you— older brothers whom had worked too hard in Tatsuya’s case (said older brother would find himself falling seconds after something like that would happen)— but… so suddenly like this? Was this guy narcoleptic or something? Then again, that probably was a stretch— he had sounded rather sleepy, in a way.
“… Oi,” Tatsuya started, shoving the other teen back upright in his seat, “You’re sleeping on me. Get up.”
Not the most eloquent way to handle the situation, but…
Minato was a rock when it came to sleeping. But the stern order that came from a slightly deep voice jolted him out of his oh so peaceful slumber. "Hnmmmhuh?" A groggy jumble of words mixed together as his eyes opened to a very disgruntled face. He blinked his eyes a couple of times, blearily looking up at his convenient pillow. "Oh. Wow, sorry about that." Minato apologized in the calmest voice one could imagine, yet still didn`t move. Nah, he just wasn`t ready yet! His body was very, very tired from being so suddenly thrust out into the living and breathing world again, you know. So he allowed himself a moment to collect himself, taking a breath in before reaching his arms up, twisting them to the other side of this stranger so that he wouldn`t accidentally use Tatsuya as support to get up. Of course, as he rose, his other arm instantly went to the other side of him, essentially making it look like they were. . .hugging, in a way. Except Minato was stone faced, blinking sleepily as he continued to lift himself up.
"How long was I out for? It felt like an entire day. But I doubt you sat here for that long with me in your lap, huh?"
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE INANIMATE OBJECT?
Minato wordlessly holds up his earphones with one hand, and his mp3 with the other. Charmed by the memory, he allows himself to speak for the moment."They were definitely good company during fighting."
