The council chambers were hushed, more so than usual, a sense of great doom hung over the gathered lords. The regional governors all fell fully silent when the chairman entered the room the ornately dressed man sat at the end of the table. He gathered his crimson robes in his lap and looked about at the gathered lords while drumming his fingers on the table. For an agonizing length of time the room was completely without noise, not the thrumming of the space station’s reactors, not the scribbling of the scribes, not even the dull crackle of the argon chandeliers hung high on the vaulted ceiling. The surgically altered faces of the gathered lords and the governor were lit by the blue light band outlining the table. Their reflections were specters in the glass.
“Gentleman,” The chairman said folding his hands into a steeple and flicking his annoyed silver eyes to each of the gathered “Would someone please explain how this could have happened?”
His inquiry was met with silence from the faces around the table some seemed downcast, others feigned aloofness, and a select few mirrored his deathly seriousness.
“Can any of you, explain to me why an upstart from dark space managed to conquer one of our holdings?” The chairman rose from his seat and his lips curled into a sneer “Do any of you ever know who he is, if he is a variant he should be registered should he not?”
A lord on the opposite end of the table, an elegant man in blue and gold robes with long silver hair, silver eyes, and high cheek bones swept his hair behind his pointed ears and stood.
“His extraordinary tactical knowledge of both naval and ground combat implies he must be a variant,” the man began his voice rang clearly and melodically much like that of a bell “If my deduction is correct he might be a prewar variant, there is no “Morrokon De’Mirande” in current databases and his current record indicates previous military service.”
“Well at least you have some competence Lord Miranduil,” The Chairman snorted and glared at the other assembled lords “So, a veteran of the revolution who deserted into dark space has returned, gentleman he must have a goal, I want all feuds and petty squabbles between you left behind, all our efforts are to be focused on procuring a solution to this.”
“Chairman Xuron,” a portly lord adorned in fine green and grey silks slid to his feet more than he stood from his chair “Is it truly wise to focus all of our resources on this singular man, he can’t have a large fleet, and that which he does have must be outdated by several centuries by now.”
“And yet,” Xuron cut off the fat man “Lady Yress is dead, the first variant killed since the fall of the empire, all of her holdings seized, no amount of technology can trump experience, if what Lord Miranduil believes is true he could be as old if not older than anyone in this room, that makes him supremely dangerous.”
The lords murmured among themselves as the chairman spread his hands on the table and looked about the gathering once more, and for a brief instant a flicker of emotion crossed his face at the empty seat of Lady Xyress. No one had mentioned that her life had been snuffed out. Perhaps it had been so long that they had forgotten that death waited for all, even them.
“This meeting is adjourned, gather your forces and wait for further word,” The chairman sighed as the gathering broke up before he looked at the silver haired lord “not you, Miranduil, you stay.”
The blue clad lord sat back in his seat and once the other lords had vacated the room the chairman sank back into his own chair before coming up to lean on his elbows.
“I have a request to make of you Lord Miranduil, this man, this Morrokon, has forced my hand, we require more than just military might and a dozen lords of fat and opulent houses.” He said tossing a small disc onto the table, a lie of text materialized in the air about where the disc had landed.
“Total Massacre”
“I don’t know if you have heard the stories Miranas” The chairman began, using the lords given name for the first time “there was once a monster that prowled our galaxy, he killed millions and sank hundreds of ships, all with an ancient dreadnaught of earthen design.”
“Yes, I remember Bane, and I remember how many we lost to put him into stasis, I remember that evil vessel more than most.” Miranas said a shadow falling over his face, he had a hunch that left a sick feeling in his gut, he sincerely hoped that the chairman was not suggesting what he was thinking “I remember his trial, he is a murderer and a traitor, the vault is where he belongs.”
“That may be so, but I think right now that is precisely what we need, I don’t care what you do or how you do it,” The Chairman began exacerbating the sinking feeling Miranas was feeling “I need you to get him to fight for us.”
Miranas opened his mouth to justifiably protest this folly, it was madness to wake that thing down in the vaults, and absolute delusion to believe that he would be swayed to fight for them. However the chairman cut him off with a dismissive wave of his hand.
“I do not care for protest Miranas, Wake the Dark One.” He said giving Lord Miranduil a heavy lidded stare “Wake him, and bring the monster to heel, we shall make sure this upstart pays for every system with an ocean of blood and tears.”
As the star ship entered into Hutt space and his preparations were complete he cast out his mind into the ocean of the living force. Like a shark following the scent of blood he searched the sea of people for the one, seeking out her presence through the strong emotions surrounding her. In truth searching Nar Shaddaa it was like trying to locate a single ripple on Manaan, but when one is so intimately familiar with that ripple it becomes only slightly more into the realm of possibility. Still all he would likely be able to locate nothing more than an echo, but an echo would at the very least bring him nearby, within the same district at the very least. That would save him months or years of searching and if the force was truly with him, narrow it down to weeks or even days.
He felt it singing to him as if from a great distance, like a woman’s voice at the furthest end of some cave, she was here, in the entertainment promenade. That much should have been obvious, perhaps that’s where her new companion lived or worked, still, that place would be densely packed with various comings and goings. He felt the fluid begin to drain from his tank and his feet once more touched the ground, he shivered slightly as the cool air hit his wet skin. He stepped out of the tank drying himself off and dressing in semi-luxurious attire, not to stand out, but also not to draw to much attention. He stood before the mirror and looked at himself, he sighed as he realized what he must do, his scars and his mustache were easily his most identifiable features. Carefully and meticulously the mustache was shaven away, he withdrew a facial cream and applied it to his scars blending them with the rest of his face.
Jur’ten exited the ship quietly keeping his saber pike extended like a staff or fancy walking stick, keeping it hidden in plain sight, on his hip rested a blaster pistol he had set to stun, it was underhanded, but honor is a fool’s virtue. He melded into the crowd and reached out with the force passively searching for her presence, it was like trying to identify a single voice out of a planet sized chorus. However, the occasional whisper spoke to him, eventually however his wristband chimed, his holonet database had identified approximately 6 matches to her physical description, only two of which corresponded to his conclusions about the entertainment promenade. The first of which worked in the pleasure quarter, the other resided in one of the many yachts that constantly swarmed about the skyways of the planet.
The pleasure quarter was the closest to his current position and his landing pad, while he was not terribly enthusiastic about having to visit that area it would be best to search it first. It did end up being just as unpleasant as he had expected it, the instant he entered through the thresh hold he was assaulted with an innumerable number of topless gyrating women of various species. He squinted through the deathstick smoke and wove his way through the crowd of partiers, as well as the inner rim and core world teens and young men out for their first thrill. The sheer number of twi’lek women who were blue with relatively large breasts was making this less like finding a needle in a haystack, and much more like finding a needle in a stack of needles. He pushed one evidently intoxicated women off of him and avoided a grappling group of men as he scanned the faces of all present. He checked his armband again and ascertained the employer of his first candidate.
It was the largest of all of the “brokers” present in this part of Nar Shaddaa, which would make things both easier and more difficult at the same time. He walked in through the automatic doors wrinkling his nose at the assault of aromas that clung in the air. Mixtures of cheap perfumes, sweat, drugs, and cheaper alcohol. He moved past a couple walking out the door and approached the topless receptionist. She smiled up at him, a cheap attempt at seduction, he could see the deadness in her eyes, this was likely not her first choice in career paths.
“Well, hello there,” She said with a fake smile and extended a hand in greeting “How might I be able to help a delicious specimen like yourself today sir?”
“I am looking for a very specific girl,” He said with a much better, at least he hoped, fake smile than she had given him “she should look about like this.”
Jur’ten pulled up the holographic mockup of Kassumi generated by the parameters he had originally given to the holonet search base. The receptionist scrutinized the image somewhat scowling slightly in thought. She looked him up and down and then entered in a sequence of numbers and letters on her terminal. She sat in silence for several moments before brightening up some as she seemed to come to a conclusion.
“Ah, yes, she is one of our more popular girls, however, she is with a client at the moment and is booked throughout the month,” She said turning her monitor to face him as if for visual confirmation “Could I book you for an appointment sir, it can be on site or a house call.”
“I need to see her now,” Jur’ten said narrowing his eyes slightly, when she opened her mouth to protest he drew the pistol from his side and held it casually on the counter “That was not a request.”
The woman stared at the pistol for several moments before she proffered up a key card for one room 34A without question, clearly she hadn’t been in Hutt space long if she surrendered to a man with a gun so easily. He pondered the idea that perhaps 34A was a trap meant to summon the authorities in situations like this. He determined it best to make the calculated risk and go to the room, so he smiled threateningly at the receptionist who seemed on the verge of tears, and headed up to the turbo lift. As it turned out 34 was the floor and A was the room identification.
He was the only one on the turbolift which made for a silent ascent if not slow, likely to give patrons the opportunity to “warm up” before they made it to their rooms. The elevator stopped at floor thirty four and the doors slid open quietly. This must be the more luxuriant suites, the lack of perfume and sweat stink was almost palpable in the air, he thought to himself. He stalked down the hall somewhat reading the holoplacards on the doors as he went, the unit he had been looking for ended up being a corner unit at the end of the hall. Soft moans and grunts could be heard from within. He tapped into the living force and placed his hand on the door focusing on the idea of it shattering like glass.
The creaking of tortured metal emanated from the door as hairline cracks formed in its structure, slowly they spider webbed out from his palm. As he channeled more and more of the force into his assault on the door the cracks widened until the door shattered into several dozen pieces. He was careful not to let them fall to the floor lowering them softly into a pile by the wall and looked about to make sure he had not been noticed, cameras would not be present for obvious reasons. Once he was sure he had not been seen he reached down and activated the stealth field generator on his belt his form melding into shadow and refracted light blending him into his surroundings.
The room itself was indeed luxurious tall ceilings and a large bathroom could be immediately seen from the hallway. Holo terminal was in the farthest corner to Jur’ten’s immediate front, and around the corner to his right must have been the actual bed or whatever other furnishing was preferred. He crept into the room with complete silence relying on the force to mask his footfalls as he slowly rounded the corner. The two seemed to have finished their task and were sitting upright together talking quietly both seemingly catching their breath. Jur’ten approached silently and let his stealth field generator deactivate, the man and the escort were rather surprised to see a man with a gun suddenly materialize in front of them.
“What the hell do you think…” The man started to shout but was cut short when a full powered lethal round from Jur’tens pistol blasted a cauterized hole through his skull.
“Could have sworn that was set to stun, well no matter, you,” He said pointing the pistol at the woman on the bed, “Stand up.”
“You…you killed my best paying client,” the woman seemed rather shocked at this turn of events though rather more concerned with her loss of steady pay rather than the actuality of the man being dead, she did however comply and stood before him unashamedly.
Jur’ten scrutinized her for a moment, but it was short order to tell the woman who stood before him was in fact not the one he was looking for. He holstered his pistol and sighed somewhat before turning away.
“I apologize for the inconvenience, you are not the one I am looking for,” He said flatly walking out of the room and into the hallway
“Well who are you looking for,” She asked following him out into the hallway either not remembering her naked state or just uncaring “and how do you know it’s not me?”
“Because your nipples were wrong, and it’s nothing you should concern yourself with, for your own good step away and forget this ever happened,” Jur’ten said removing several round objects from his belt and tossing them in various directions where they stuck to the walls and ceiling.
“What do you mean my nipples were wrong,” the twi’lek asked indignantly following him about as he placed his objects around the hallway “and what are you doing, tell me or I will tell the authorities.”
Jur’ten halted in his tracks and turned to face the woman, she had her arms crossed with a very indignant look on her face, she was attractive, pity she couldn’t have simply do as she was told. Without a word he ignited the blade on his saber pike the black and purple blade was noiseless due to similar sonic dampeners to his speeder. Her shock turned to pain when he drove the point through her chest skewering her heart in a single, lightning fast, fluid thrust. He withdrew the blade and she fell to the ground with a dull thump. He stared at the dead body for a moment before turning and entering into the turbo lift selecting the return toggle to bring him to the ground floor. The receptionist smiled her fake smile, bid him farewell, and gave him the obligatory “come back soon” which he had no intention of doing if he had anything to say about it.
Once out onto the street again he pressed down on the detonator, the entirety of the thirty fourth floor of the pleasure house exploded in a shower of flame and debris. That at least would do to cover his tracks, a corpse with a lightsaber wound was not something he needed to draw attention to himself. He wove through the crowd of people trying to flee and people trying to get a view of the explosion, somewhere in there he thought he caught glimpse of a first responder. However, he had reason to believe that since this was Nar Shaddaa, a Hutt blowing up another Hutt’s whorehouse from time to time was likely not an unusual occurrence. Jur’ten cleared the pleasure quarter and made haste to his ship. The myriad of neon lights was starting to annoy him, why did all the crime worlds have to be so damned colorful.
He did not even wait until the dock officer gave him permission to take off, the only other possible match was the pleasure yacht, and after the disgusting affair of the pleasure quarter he was half tempted to knock the damn thing out of the sky. However, Lady Wrath and Darth Vindicta had demanded a live prisoner, not a corpse, furthermore a firefight in open skies on one of the most heavily populated world in the galaxy was not his idea of trying to remain subtle. There was also the minor inconvenience of a war with the Hutts that Darth Vindicta would likely not appreciate. Jur’ten reapplied the make up to his scars and maneuvered his vessel towards the location of the pleasure yacht.
While his cloaking device made him relatively invisible it did not make him intangible which posed a very real danger to him on such a densely packed world. So he would have to maneuver twice as carefully since the nigh suicidal Nar Shaddaa traffic could not actually see him. So he flew low, just under the flow of traffic, as the indicator for the pleasure yacht slowly drew closer. It an interesting phenomenon to watch the air traffic flow around it like a river around a stone, I guess one could never really tell which was owned privately or a Hutt’s. Jur’ten maneuvered himself around and underneath it, he extended his landing skids and magnetized them. Such a maneuver was risky, but he was counting on the traffic to mask the sound of him latching on, then like a leech he attached himself to the yacht.
He retracted the landing skids until he felt the barest resistance he should have been relatively flush with their hull by then which should allow him to enter unseen. Jur’ten ordered his droid to keep the ship cloaked and running in case a quick escape was needed. He made his way to the escape hatch and opened it, he held onto the ladder as he was nearly blasted back down by the wind. He then ignited his saber pike and stabbed it up through the base of the hull cutting a wide circle out of it, using the force he lifted the piece out and away from the hole setting it to the side. Still using the force he transferred the warheads of several torpedos up through the hole before clambering up himself. This time there were no need for stealth, he was going to kill everything aboard and this new lover Kass had attached herself to. Then and only then would he reveal himself.
Jur’ten place the warheads throughout the guts of the ship placing the most of them by the reactor. He did encounter a few workman, but most of them were too busy to look behind them, he skewered a fair few of them before he cleared the first deck. His goal was simple, he would make it painfully obvious the place was hit by sith assassins, and when Kass and her new companion returned he would strike, and take her. He made sure to keep the uniform of one of the deck workers intact, he slipped it on over his armorings and pulled its cap down to shield his eyes. Kass was skilled enough to detect and combat his stealth field generator so a disguise was certainly warranted.
He of course revelled in the slaughter, one of the few times he could ever feel alive was when he inflicted terror and death upon the helpless. It was dangerous for him to partake in things with such enthusiasm considering the great lengths he went to keep his emotions as heavily suppressed as possible. What did keep his nerves on edge however, was the prospect of fighting a trained sith lord and her companion was a wild card. Kass and her penchant for ataru would make things difficult, and his personal take on makashi was largely untested. He was sure however the trauma he was about to inflict on her was going to provide a mediating factor, after all she did not have the same protections as him. As Jur’ten struck down the last of the crewman he looked out over the landing pad and watched as the ornate shuttle came in to land.
She was here, he could sense her, but there was another force presence, it could not be Kass was with a jedi? His face darkened as he watched the shuttle touchdown and the two women walked down the ramp he felt the animosity rising within him. This was becoming far more personal than he had originally intended. However, the consequences of Kass’s betrayal had just gotten that much worse this was likely to result in some horrific punishment from the wrath herself. He exited the control room and coated his chest in blood and gore from one of the mutilated workmen,
“Help me,” he shouted putting all the desperation and fear into his voice he thought he could get away with without sounding like he was acting, “He is killing us all, help us!”
The two women seemed slightly shocked by the appearance of the bloodied man before they both break into a run to reach the hallway he had stumbled into.
“Wait, who is the one doing this?” Kass asked as she tried to catch up to him, “stop moving let us help you.”
Jur’ten had to stop himself from a grim smile of satisfaction as the trailed them down the hall, they hesitated as they encountered the saber slashed bodies. He rounded the corner into a blacked out room and listened for them to be following him, he activated his stealth field generator just as they entered the room. He could hear them conversing quietly as they searched the room carefully in the darkness.
“Kass I think we shoul-” she started to speak before she cried out as the purple and black saber blade erupted from her chest.
Jur’ten willed the activation switch for the lighting to trip and as the room was lit and he pulled his blade from the chest of Kass’s newest lover he felt his satisfaction rise. The look she gave him was something he would butcher entire star systems to see again, the look of fear, pain, and betrayal was the sweetest thing of his life to date. Her face contorting in pain and anger she drew her saber from her hip and the two circle each other for a few moments. Her attack came first, the hallmark of ataru a wide sweeping strike delivered from a learp. He deflected it to the side and thrust at her, she managed to twist enough to avoid being skewered but still received a painful glancing blow to her belly.
“Come to take revenge Jur’ten?” she asked growling through the pain of her injury and slashing viciously at him “I am stronger and more experienced than you, you will die here.”
“No,” Jur’ten said flatly and countered the slash locking their blades, “I am not here for revenge, I am here because our dear lady demands your presence, to pay for your betrayal.”
He threw her blade to the side and sent a flurry of force assisted pinpoint thrusts at her forcing her back some. She withdrew a short distance and they circled one another again each combatant trying to find a hole in the others defense. They clashed again, saber pike countered lightsaber and lightsaber deflected pike point. The dance continued around the room, but Kassumi was beginning to tire. Jur’ten’s reliance on precision rather than strength kept his energy conserved. He performed a disarming move against her cutting her saber in twain, she in turn gathered the force in her hands and blasted him against the wall. Jur’ten allowed here to believe in her victory for a moment, watched her as she picked up the saber from her slain lover, ignited it, and raised it over her head.
Jur’ten in a movement quick as lighting drew the pistol from his thigh and fired a shot into her knee, she screamed and fell to her knees. He leapt to his feet and a roundhouse kick crashed into her head with a loud crack throwing her onto her side the saber’s safety activating and cutting its power. He seized her by her collar his fist cocked back, it thundered into her face with a sickening crunch as her nose and cheekbones broke. She went limp in his grip the saber dropping from her hands, he thought better of it and crushed it under his boot. With that he threw her over his shoulder and carried her down through the now derelict yacht. He dropped her unceremoniously onto his ship and then dropped down himself through the hatch.
He dragged her into a force cage stripping her down to her skivvies and injecting her with a force blocking sedative, when she awoke she would wish she had never been born. Jur’ten moved into the cockpit and detatched from the yacht, when he was a fair enough distance away he deactivated the cloaking device. When he was in low orbit, he activated the detonator, he could see the bloom as he left Nar Shaddaa’s atmosphere, various patrol ships turning on their axis and racing down planet side. He entered the coordinates for Arkona into his navicomputer and prepared for his jump to lightspeed. However before his departure into hyperspace he went to his holoterminal and sent his usual cryptic message back to his master.
“...Assignment completed…”
“...Understood, safe journey home, Lord Inquisitor…”
A story I had to write out for a SWTOR roleplay guild
THE INQUISITION:
Jur’ten stalked down the hallways of Lady Wrath’s warship the Dark Phoenix, his master and her husband had called him to their chambers in the heart of the dreadnaught. The readout on his helmets full-face display tracked his movements, vitals, and the movements of the various crewmembers scuttling about like insects. His boots made no noise their falls masked by the force, he may not have been as skilled in the force as others, but he had learned to bend it to his purposes. His saber pike was a comfortable weight on his back speaking to his rather unusual fighting style.
The hallways of her ladyships vessel were wide and grandiose likely upon her insistence, he appreciated their form but little else, he did not have the capacity to care beyond that. The light however bothered him, he was oft called her lady’s personal skulker due to his penchant for shadows and concealment. Ever since his apprenticeship ended and he was made a lord in her ladyship’s service that trait had been exacerbated, since he no longer actually had to interact with most of the other members he elected not to.
However he would never deny a call from Lady Wrath, she was the only reason he was where he was and for that he owed her his life and service. He steeled himself as he entered his access code into the panel on the door, the machine hummed to life and after the authentication the door slid open with a soft hydraulic hiss. He was immediately struck by the red lighting in his masters chambers, she sat hood down at her throne her husband standing just to her right with his arms crossed over his chest. She flashed him a warm smile, but he knew the danger that hid behind her charm, the supreme tyrant cloaked in a woman’s beauty.
“Ahh my dear Jur’ten, you make good time, as always,” she said her tone warm and inviting, like that of a mother, but to him they were words spoken by the most malicious of serpents “it’s almost as if you have nothing better to do than answer my call.”
“That is because I do not,” he answered flatly his already toneless way of speech made a computerized drone by his helmet
“Take it off please,” She said standing up and strolling leisurely down the steps from her throne, the way she moved mimicked the fluid rolling movements of a hunting cat “you know I don’t like it.”
Jur’ten complied immediately and without question, unhooking the clasps and releasing the seal between the helmet and his blackened chrome body armor. He shook his head freeing his chaotic black hair, his face pale almost albino from lack of exposure was a stark contrast to his hair and mustache. Piercing blue eyes devoid of all life and luster studied his master, analyzing every curve and detail, as if visually dissecting her to find the best way to kill her in the shortest possible frame of time.
“There now that is much better,” she cupped his face in her hands and then patted his cheek walking past him “It has come to our attention, that we seem to have, or rather had, a traitor in our midst.”
“And was I called here to hunt, or to be the hunted?” Jur’ten asked not turning or moving to face his master, he stood statue still as she walked full circle around him.
“You are called here for two reasons,” Darth Vindicta who had been silent thus far spoke and moved his hands to his hips his golden eyes scrutinizing Jur’ten carefully “We called you here, because after conversing with Darth Ha’Ran of the wrath guard, we have determined that your skills in infiltration, interrogation, and assassination best suit you for the role of Lord Inquisitor.”
Jur’ten for the first time since he was a very young man was completely stunned, he stood there in silence for several moments his mind racing. He got down on one knee and knelt before his Lords.
“Your supreme loyalty has earned you this position Jur’ten, you follow all orders without question and near as I can tell you are a soulless monster with no conscience or moral compass whatsoever,” Lady Wrath said cheerfully beaming at her former apprentice “Which makes you perfect for this posting.”
“I see, then I will serve you until the stars burn out and we are naught but memories in a galaxy of darkness,” Jur’ten said solemnly remaining knelt with his head bowed “name the target and I will hunt them, I will catch them, and if you wish it I will destroy them.”
“You will not destroy this target, I want her brought back to face the knives of myself and Darth Ha’Ran, you are authorized to use whatever means necessary to catch the fugitive,” Gan said joining his wife on her right side “Hunt and bring Lord Kassumi to us.”
Jur’ten stiffened at the mention of his former lover’s name, never again would he allow someone to get close to him, she betrayed him, and now even worse she had betrayed the wrath. Lady Wrath picked up on his tension and smiled down at him wickedly, she of course had known of the affair, she would likely relish in watching how all this played out.
“As you will it, my master.” Jur’ten said rising and standing up straight, he secured his helmet on his head feeling relief at its confined detachment from the world around him.
Lord and Lady Wrath gave him a single nod and turned their backs on him rising up the steps together to her throne. Jur’ten stood silently for a moment before turning and stalking out of her chambers and down the long hallways to where the shuttle that had collected him waited to return him to his lair. It was a long and quiet ride back down to the surface of their secret home world, the seat of the Shadow’s Wrath. Down through the rainy forests, hugging the surface to avoid detection, it raced to the base of the mountain where his home was concealed.
It set down in front of a seeming wall of foliage and Jur’ten disembarked as the shuttle lifted back off and returned to the Dark Phoenix. Jur’ten waited until it was out of sight to approach the camouflaged bay, whereupon he engaged the force mechanism to open its doors revealing his personal speeder collection. He mounted and unlocked his stealth unit its engine nothing more than a dull hum thanks to its sonic dampeners. He closed the camouflaged doors and raced down the tunnel his helmet compensating for the pitch dark, it went on for miles before coming out in a secluded vale in the mountain range.
A landing platform sat outside another large set of doors that enclosed his home, and thanks to his distortion generator it appeared as nothing more than an empty vale. The menacing knifelike figure of his star ship sat ready as he parked the speeder by his front door. Knowing Kassumi there was precious little time to waste, however he already had a fair idea of where she was going, there in lay the problem, finding a twi’lek on Nar Shaddaa would be hard enough. But to find someone actively trying not to be found he would have to meditate on the jump there, careful planning would be required.
He entered the parameters into the navicomputer, he would make a multi stage jump bouncing between three different systems. After all if his ship entered straight into Hutt Space from Arkhona, it would draw too much attention. His quarry would likely be at least passively monitoring space traffic, so a surrogate ID would be necessary, no dock official in Hutt space would question an unmatched ID to a vessel, and no fugitive would be suicidal enough to gain visual confirmation. Jur’ten rifled through his various ID cards and selected a provisions freighter Obsidian Dawn, as his ID. With if his deductions were correct he could arrive on Nar Shaddaa before his quarry went to ground.
As an added measure he tapped into his ship’s holonet connection, a skilled investigator could utilize it in ways most could not even comprehend. He thought long and carefully for a moment, recalling every detail, the length of her lekku, the way she walked, eye color, skin color, head size, facial features even the size of her posterior and her breasts was entered, every single possible detail he could recall was entered into his matrix. If the force was with him he would have a few dozen matches with subtle variations with which he could deduce her approximate location down to the block. After that he would spend a few days trailing each of any matches, with that, this hunt should be successful.
He rubbed his temples and stripped down completely climbing into the kolto tank in his private chambers. He closed his eyes as he felt the warm healing fluids wash over him dulling his senses and shutting out the galaxy around him giving him supreme focus. He concentrated on her, every thought and emotion forcefully suppressed, and slipped into a sleeplike trance, reliving prominent memories in the form of dreams. The force flowed easily when he did this, dreamwalking, while very vague, was easily his most effective tool. His breathing slowed and his heartrate fell to next to nothing as he felt his consciousness and the force over take him.
*****
Jur’ten stood over his computer terminal various graphs, planetariums and boxes of text were projected above it. The blue, glowing, display dominated the center of the room and was controlled with waves of the hand bringing up various pieces of information at his beckoning. Most of the apprentices had actual pastimes, whereas he studied worlds, their cultures, their traditions, fashions, perplexities, and variations. This helped him greatly when he had been sent on his trial to Balmorra, when he infiltrated a local group of republic aligned fighters, his ability to assume the “walk and talk” of the people had been quite remarkable, his master would likely be eager to utilize such skills in the future.
Midway through his studies of Nar Shadaa the outer doors to his hidden home opened, in walked a short, familiar blue twi’lek, Lord Phoenix, or rather to him, Kassumi. She sauntered in the ways only a twi’lek could and moved to hang on his arm feigning interest and understanding of his current activity, she had heard of his trial, and of what he did during that trial. Jur’ten thumbed the deactivation rune causing the display to disappear back into the emitter. He turned to his right slightly and embraced her slender form against his own muscular bulk.
He stood a full head taller than she did, his hair a chaotic mop of black hair a stark contrast to the paleness of his face, piercing blue eyes scrutinized the world like a computer analyzing data. A black mustache curved under his nose around his mouth and stopping at his jawline forming a rough arch-like shape. Three claw mark scars marred what could be an otherwise handsome face, scars he had received on Balmorra, some of the hardest days of his apprenticeship to date. Kass however had changed all that, his trials hammered him into a cold, honed weapon of cruel and emotionless efficiency, Kass however had manage to draw out what little humanity he had left and held it lovingly in her hands.
“You work too much,” she whined poking his mustache with a slender finger and pressed herself against his arm “You know Lady Wrath would be very upset if she found out you were living here instead of the dorms with the other apprentices.”
“She won’t, because I told her the instant I had moved myself here,” He said petting the top of her head with a calloused hand rubbing his thumb over her brow “she understood that it would be best for me to be isolated from the others, especially after my trials, I will probably make Lord soon, my last trial is fast approaching.”
“So you passed your third trial?” she asked hopping up to sit on the computer terminal “well then I can announce my unending infatuation with you without getting too much into trouble, after all a Lord sleeping with an apprentice, how very inappropriate.”
“She knows” Jur’ten said shrugging and turning to walk back towards his sleeping quarters, but not before he reverently placed his retracted saber pike on a pedestal underneath the backlit banner of the Wrath “I told her, she did not seem particularly to care, but if you get black-bagged in the near future I apologize.”
“You what,” she squeaked nearly falling off the computer terminal “Oh no, she is going to kill me, why in the name of all the stars would you tell her that, are you incapable of secrets?”
“Well you and I both know she would have found out on her own eventually and I severely doubt she would have appreciated such information being kept from her,” Jur’ten said with a simple shrug “I will have you know, I have a great many secrets, but none from her ladyship.”
Kassumi sunk down to the floor in somewhat of a pout, that implied that he had secrets he kept from her, she also was expecting to get hauled in front of the Wrath for a less than pleasant tongue lashing. Jur’ten paid her little mind as she pouted a moment on the floor, he unclasped the buckles on his armor lifting the vest over his head and hanging it on the rack. Next came his gloves, bracers, and arm bands which got placed in their own spaces on the wall. His padding and under robes were also removed leaving him bare aside from his boots which were the last to go.
His leisure wear was really just a plain white robe comprising of two independent pieces, the tunic and the robe itself, he had comfortable boots that replaced his academy wear, and made for an all-around leisurely outfit. He pulled a data chip from his library shelf and slid it into his data pad before placing it on his night stand. He washed his face and mustache meticulously and continued on through his evening hygienic routine. He felt slender arms wrap around his waist and tug on him lightly, he turned around only to be lightly pushed into a sitting position on the wide bed placed in the center of his sleeping area.
There was a mischievous smirk on Kassumi’s face as the force disrobed him, she had already disrobed herself her alien beauty bared for him to see. She extended a hand and dimmed the lighting somewhat casting long shadows about the room. Her shapely breasts dragged against his thighs as she crawled over him and lay atop him pressing her forehead to his. Their lips met in an electric kiss as their passions were unleashed upon one another, their hands exploring where public propriety forbade eventually she pressed her hands into his chest rising into a straddling position over him and sighing softly a blissful smile spread across her face.
“I love you,” She breathed her eyes shut tight by passion and pleasure
“And I you,” Jur’ten responded with an exhaled breath
With that they loved long into the night, forgetting the scars that marred nearly every inch of Kassumi’s flesh, forgetting the academy and their master’s unique doctrine, forgetting all but these simple moments.”

Jur’ten awoke somewhat from his trance, the first vision was always the same, and it embodied the height of their relationship, a time when he felt on top of the galaxy. Those days were far gone, replaced by cold days, and colder nights, the ice in his heart having robbed the world of all color and mirth, but it was better that way. As the tube fed him nutrients and fluids he prepared himself for the next vision, this one would be harder. Reliving the betrayal over again always cut him, bet every time the wound was shallower, every time a piece of his humanity was destroyed as he was painfully reminded of the inevitability of life.
He closed his eyes and focused once more on the flow of memory and the force feeling the river flow around him, his heart and slowed once more as he allowed himself to be swept up in it. Dragged into the darkness where he sought to keep things that were best left out of sight and out of mind, some memories and emotions should never be dredged up from where they are stowed. But, such was the necessity of the situation, he could afford to throw caution to the wind in the service of his master. Now at least, he was trained enough to control the raging backlash of emotions that were unleashed whenever he tapped into this corner of his mind. Nevertheless, he was never ready for that initial pain.

“Jur’ten I am sorry,” Kassumi pleaded looking up at the face of the man she claimed was her lover “I swear I did not mean to hurt you.”
“You have been seeing others behind my back, precisely how did you expect that would affect me Lord Phoenix?” Jur’ten asked flatly all luster once again voided from his gaze, that last little piece of heart thoroughly destroyed
“I just…you don’t know the effect she has on me,” Kassumi offered weakly trying to reach up to touch his face now void of all expression “I just…I am so sorry,”
“Sorry does not change what you did, nor does it unspeak the lies you have spoken, or undo the damage you have done,” Jur’ten pulled away from her and turned his back on her closing his eyes “I think it is best that you just leave.”
“Well, I am, I am leaving Arkhona, I wanted us to part on good terms, that’s why I have been gone so much,” She gave up trying to sway him seeing that her apologies and her anguish had no pull on his attitude towards her “I was going to break this off gently, I never meant for things to happen like this,”
“And where will you go?” Jur’ten asked listening very carefully to her next response, he had been trained to tell lies by ear, his master had likely been grooming him for some sort of interrogative posting, it was the only reason he had been able to catch this betrayal before it was made an even bigger humiliation than it already was.
“Nar Shaddaa, as good a place as any to run away to,” she said with a soft sniffle, there was no point in even trying anymore and she knew it, any attempt to salvage their friendship or even a professional relationship had be destroyed in but a mere moment.
She said no more, and neither did Jur’ten, she moved away from him to leave the domicile her head hung low as she prepared to head out into the rain. She hesitated a moment and turned back to him, he however continued to face away from her, still as a statue, his mind in internal warfare. Lady Wrath had been right, this had ended spectacularly badly for him and he should have listened to her, however he could not help but feel she allowed it to happen for a reason. Then it dawned on him, Kassumi and this experience were the last step in destroying the man that he once was, destroying his human nature to seek companionship. She wanted a solitary killer, so a solitary killer she will have, Jur’ten crossed over to his terminal and activated the computer. The display flickered twice then came on, he entered in the information for Nar Shaddaa, and began his studying.
*****
Jur’ten awoke with his eyes stinging, the memory was still painful, though its bite was significantly reduced, and he felt the rage and the hate boiling in his blood, singing for vengeance and murder. He felt them in their fullest intensity burning within him, clawing at his steel like composure, urging him to simply bomb the planet and hope she was caught in the blast. He felt the craving for blood always clawing in the back of his consciousness rip through him and then slowly dissipate as his logical and analytical side reasserted itself. Such emotions were necessary but only in controlled bursts to give him strength and fervor, many a sith died uselessly when they allowed their emotions to run amok, but Jur’ten knew better, use them as a precision weapon, not a blind bombardment.
Angel's Touch, a FanFic written for a Dungeons and Dragons Campaign!
Morrokon looked down at the lights of the city below, watching as some of them winked out, slowly the town was beginning to bed down. A warm evening wind disturbed his hair, strands of silver falling in front of his amethyst eyes, the toes of his boots protruding over the edge of the window sill. It would have been a long fall, onto the rocks and turf below, even as tough as he was, he would not survive it. But that was entirely the point. Many times on this road of turmoil had he considered it but never before was he as devoid of hope, and life as he was on this very night. He had defied Bhaal, most would think of that as a step forward, but the whispers only got louder, the pain sharper, the despair deeper. Tyr had come to him, chastising him for his fall to darkness, but, had said that redemption, while difficult, was not impossible. Did he truly deserve it? Was there anything within him worth saving? So many questions, but precious few answers, all he knew was he was tired, so very tired. The rise and fall of his muscular chest slowed to a calm rhythm, and the world seemed to slow down, as he began to lean forward.
He paused, a soft squeaking of wood was heard from somewhere behind him, the door to the tower had opened, and he could hear footsteps as someone approached, they were light and graceful. The footsteps of a woman. However, Morrokon did not expect for it to be the Lady Alexandra to round the corner. She was a beautiful young woman, he would be a liar if he said he had not admired her figure at least once, he was a man after all. Even so, the air of dignity with which she carried herself demanded a certain amount of respect. She was a far cry from the young girl who had originally set out with them. She seemed a bit shocked to see exactly what he was doing, but she eventually came forward and put a soft hand on his bare shoulder, it was warm.
“Morrokon,” she said looking up at him with a myriad of emotions on her face, the initial shock had seemed to pass “what are you doing?”
“I don’t know anymore,” He murmured, barely having the strength of will to face her, much less answer her question “I am tired, so tired, I don’t want to fight anymore.”
“Morrokon” she said hesitantly unsure of how to handle the obvious distress written on his face, she had never expected this from him, he had always seemed so steadfast and immovable “That is precisely why you must keep fighting, you are just starting to make progress, you cannot give in to despair now.”
“But why, am I worth saving, am i worth the fight to redeem, would anything truly be lost if I were to throw myself from this tower here and now?” he asks his face a twisted form of many emotions melded together.
“I believe that you are, I have travelled with you for a while now and I have grown to respect you, you are a fearsome warrior,” she says pulling on his arm to coax him down from the ledge “I have seen you bloody evil people when you could have joined them, I watched you fight like nothing I had ever seen before, for my city, I would even go so far as to call you my friend.”
“I...I don’t know what to say…” he said his eyes welling up, a single silver tear sliding down his dark face.
“Then don’t say anything,” she said pulling him into a tight, firm hug “Why don't you join me for dinner tonight, I think you should not be alone for the time being.”
“I would like that, although,” he looked down at his bare chest, he had discarded most of his armor for freedom of movement, it had worked to spectacular effect in the earlier battle, but now it was, slightly impractical “Perhaps there is something I could change into that would be more, appropriate?”
She looked at him confused for a moment, then looked down and giggled at him, withdrawing from the hug and giving him a slug on his arm.
“Yes, I think we may have something that will suit you,” she says stifling her giggles, “well follow me,”
With that she would lead him down to what seemed to be a spare room, she threw open the doors to a wardrobe that was nearly bursting with men’s clothes. Everything from the gaudiest formal wear, to the simplest riding and hunting gear, some were obviously for larger or smaller men, but a few items seemed as though they may fit well. She bid him farewell to let him change in privacy and left him to his own devices for the time being. Morrokon stroked his chin and examined the wardrobe, he immediately ruled out the more gaudy outfits, firstly because he would feel utterly ridiculous, secondly, they just didn't look very good. He selected a few simple tunics and tough pants, calf height riding boots in his size were also seemingly present. When he had finished he wore a dark green tunic with simple brown leather riding pants, they were a little tight on him but no matter, they were the best fit. The boots, however, were nearly perfect.
Once he had gotten cleaned up and dressed up appropriately, he tied his long silver hair back behind his head and looked into the mirror. The sigil of Bhaal on his face leered at him with its unsettling gaze. He shook his head and stuck his head outside of the door, no servant or courtier seemed present so he determined simply to follow the smell of food. The task turned out to be relatively simple as the smell of warm meats, stews, and bread emanated from a room two hallways down from where she had left him. Upon his entrance Alexandra was seated at a small table in the center of a bedroom, she wore a similar outfit to him and looked up with a small smile when he entered the room, clapping softly.
“Well, well, well,” she said stifling a fit of laughter, “anyone who didn't know you better might say you look quite like a respectable, upstanding man.”
“Are you saying I am not respectable?” he asked feigning offense, she simply raised a brow at him and he grinned a little before raising his hand “alright point taken.”
He sat down across from her and they both raised wine glasses in a mock toast, for a few moments they ate in silence. The food was exquisite, better than the cold trail rations Morrokon had been eating for most of his life, it’s warmth and diversity of flavors played across his palate like a melody. They would speak idly about a something here or there; what part of dinner was their favorite, what vineyard produced the best product, and general dinnertime banter. Eventually, as the night wore on, and Morrokon had finished several glasses of wine, he gradually began to open up more. Explaining the dark whispers that crawled within his skull, and the nature of the dark road he had been following. What was most difficult to share was, why precisely, he had followed that road in the first place.
“I was very hot headed when I was young, I resorted to violence much quicker than the order would have liked, and it caused a great deal of conflict between myself and the senior paladins.” He began, finishing his now eight glass of the fine red liquid, the burn had long since gone, but he was careful to ensure he drank water as well, hangovers were not what he needed at this moment. “I fell from grace because I thought that I could bring justice more easily without the moral strictures.”
“I see,” Alexandra said ruminating over her fifth glass of wine, “How precisely did you fall, at what point was your actual fall from grace, and why, if it weighs so heavily on you did, you continue to walk that path?”
Now it was Morrokon’s turn to ruminate, he could still very acutely remember the jarring of the sword as it shattered his friend’s ribs, and extinguished their life, he remembered the searing pain of being branded by Bhaal.
“In my final campaign with the paladins, I slew Elder Sergeant Feldengar Ironhand, an aged grey haired dwarf from the mountain holds of the old world, to the east across the sea.” he continued looking somewhat distant, “When the blow fell there was an explosion of power that flattened trees, and incapacitated the other paladins, when I awoke my symbol of Tyr had cracked, and my face was branded.”
“I am sorry,” She murmured looking up at him from her glass, her face now rosy from the warming effects of the spirits “I cannot imagine the pain you must have felt, but there is still my other question, why did you continue on serving Bhaal?”
“Because sometimes when we lose hope, we just have to give in, and embrace what we have become to survive, that was why I was standing in that window sill tonight.” He stated with a somber look on his face
“I see, well, no more of that suicidal nonsense, you will redeem yourself, I believe in you,” She said with a soft smile finishing what was now her sixth or was it her seventh glass, in truth Morrokon could not remember, the haze of drunkenness was just settling in.
“Oh, and what are you going to do if I don't stop?” He inquires with a snort, raising an eyebrow at her from across the table, and stifling a giggle, alcohol, even if it was only temporary, did seem to help raise his spirits.
“Well, then, I would have to give you a good thrashing until you stop,” Alexandra replied with a shrug and discarded the empty wine bottle into a bin by the door.
“Oh, you think you could thrash me,” Morrokon asked with a chuckle, he stood up rolling his shoulders “well then, how about a friendly little competition?”
“I don't see why not, what are your terms?” She asked with a wide wolfish grin, she seemed fairly confident, and she was muscular as well as quite graceful, perhaps she could hold her own, but Morrokon was confident in his experience.
“The first person to get the other to submit wins, they get bragging rights over the other and gets to draw whiskers on their face with charcoal,” he said with a wide smile, he kicked off his boots leaving himself barefoot.
“You’re on,” she giggled as she kicked her boots to the side, and assumed a defensive posture.
They gave each other a nod and began to circle around the room, it was spacious enough to allow them to engage in a little horseplay. They moved in sync for some time, when one stepped forwards the other stepped back, and vice versa. This little dance continued for a solid minute before either of them acted. Morrokon sprang forwards and locked in with her, he had the clear advantage in upper body strength, but she was the more graceful of the two. The instant he had her in his grasp and they were locked together, she swiped her leg between his, hooking it behind his left knee, and pulled him off balance. They both went down, she rolled mid-fall to put him beneath her, she straddled his chest and kept his hands pinned beneath her knees, and his shoulders pinned with her hands. Morrokon struggled for several moments before finally getting enough leverage to hoist her off of him, he pinned her down himself, using his greater weight and arms strength to hold her. It seemingly worked for a few moments, until he eased up the pressure for just an instant, with that she turned the tables on him again. This time holding him down more firmly and using the side of a bedpost as a brace. after several moments of struggle, Morrokon capitulated.
[[BREAK]]
They breathed heavily for a moment and locked eyes with one another, she did have such beautiful blue eyes, she was a very pretty if a boyish girl, he could almost...kiss her. It was a tingling feeling, that was the best he could describe it as sparks of electricity traveling between his lips and hers. Her lips were soft, warm, and as smooth as a river stone. After a moment it registered in his mind what had exactly just happened. His head fell to the floor with a loud thump, as they both looked at one another in shock.
“Alexandra I am sorry I don’t know what I was thinking, please…” Morrokon fumbled for the right words, to try to explain himself when she thumped him on the ground to get his attention.
“Just, shut up,” she said as she gripped his tunic and pulled them both into a kiss, just as soft as the first, he would be lying if he claimed he did not relish in it.
They lay there for several moments locked in that initial tender kiss when they broke for breath they did not part further than a few inches, he could feel her warm, sweet breath, wash over his face and neck. When their lips met again it was different, deeper, hungrier, Morrokon reached his arms up around her and pulled her down, pressing her against him tenderly. There was a heat he had not felt in a long time, a stirring. He could feel it in his blackened heart. However at the moment, he did not care, the only thing that existed right then and there, was Alexandra and her sweet aroma, the taste of her lips, and the softness of her skin. They broke apart again and gazed at one another for several long moments before she leaned down and kissed his cheek softly. They did not speak, a silent understanding, a needing, a wanting passed between them, an outpouring of heated desire from the soulful orbs of one another's eyes.
She placed his hands on her supple hips as she fumbled with the ties on his tunic, with a franticness her usual grace did not typically allow for. He dug her own tunic out of her pants and unclasped her belt, he pushed it up over her well-toned torso. Just before reaching her shoulders she lifted her arms, allowing him to discard the article to the side, beneath it was a simple undergarment of black linen. By that time she had managed to push his tunic off of his shoulders. She reached down and traced some of his scars, before planting a soft kiss over his heart. Alexandra reached behind herself and unclasped the garment, sliding it off her arms and tossing it to the side, exposing her ample, firm breasts to him. She draped her arms over his muscled shoulders and pulled him into another kiss. This had just as much tenderness and what could be described as passion poured into it, a perfect harmony, the sensation of it sang throughout his body like a wondrous wave of light, to him, she was an angel.
He broke the kiss to hiss her chin, then her jaw, she tilted her head back as his soft lips brushed against her neck. He kissed and nibbled on it sweetly, drawing a gentle gasp from Alexandra. Her slender fingers played through his lustrous silver hair. He kissed her collarbone, then returned her kiss over the heart. Slowly he would lean down and kiss her breast, before taking her rosy nipple into his mouth and gently suckling on it. She gripped his head and pressed herself against him emitting a sharp gasp, and kissed the top of his head. He continued with this for a moment relishing in her softness, and the fleshy taste of her breasts as she continued playing through his hair, and feeling the hardened musculature of his chest.
He withdrew to let her catch her breath and felt warm when she smiled blissfully at him. She reached down to rub the obvious bulge in his trousers. They kissed softly again as she undid his belt and untied his trousers. She slid them down to pull them off his powerful legs, he, in turn, would stand up and take her hand. He guided her to the bed where he, in turn, removed her trousers. They both slid off one another's undergarment, to finally be fully bare before each other, for the first time. They each took a moment to drink in each other's unique figure and proportions. Morrokon then crawled onto the bed and beckoned to her to join him.
“I haven’t...I haven’t done this before.” She said nervously speaking for the first time since they had locked lips, she blushed as she climbed awkwardly onto the soft bed beside him.
“Then I am honored, to be your first,” he murmured and pulled her close to him once more with a soft kiss, he guides her hand to his fully erect member and helps her to grip it.
She touched it gingerly at first, unsure of herself, but after he had assisted her with stroking it a few times she took up to doing it herself Softly pumping her hand up and down his shaft, which drew a pleasured sigh from Morrokon. Encouraged she picked up her pace, he moaned gently in her ear as his hand snaked between her legs, to rub her wetness softly. She tensed and squirmed before she began to moan along with him. They lay their a tangled mass of limbs, fervently pleasuring one another. Morrokon finally began to finger her softly, she seized him in a hug and clawed at his back, at this new intense feeling. She moaned louder and clung to him as he scissored his fingers to and fro. Her first climax rolled over her like an ocean wave, she shuddered against him, and her mind went blank for a moment, as she went limp against him.
“Morrokon,” She murmured blissfully as she pressed her cheek against his warm chest, hearing the strong beating of his heart “That was...I cannot even begin…”
“And there is so much more,” he whispered tenderly in her ear as he shifted, and parted her legs gently, she watched him curiously, as he slid a small pillow beneath her lower back and hips for added support “This may hurt a little, I will be as gentle as I can.”
She nodded slowly and circled her arms around his neck softly, watching him with those enrapturing blue eyes, her short closely cut hair was already a little damp with moisture. Her face was flushed a deep crimson. He spat on his hand and applied it to his member liberally, to act as a form of lubricant, to ease his entry. The tip of his member pressed against her, as he applied pressure it sank within her folds, which drew a squeak of surprise from Alexandra. He worked slowly letting her adjust, before pressing further inwards. As he ventured into her further and further, he encountered her membrane, when he broke it she winced and whined, pulling his head down next to hers. He stopped for a moment to let the pain pass, then continued on until he was buried to the hilt. She panted softly and looked up at him giving him a very soft nod as she bit her lower lip.
Morrokon made long, slow strokes at first, acclimating her to this new world of wonders they would explore together. She moaned quietly with each stroke, slowly he began to build up, first, he would move a little faster, then he would apply more force to his return thrust. Her moans grew in volume and frequency as the pace of their love-making increased. She wrapped her toned legs around his waist as he finally reached a consistent, medium pace. She moaned and whimpered beneath him and he placed his arms on either side of her head, so he loomed over her. Their lips met in a deep, wet kiss, as their breaths rasped through their nostrils and she moaned into their kiss. Morrokon kept this pace up as long as he could get away with it, he wanted to enjoy this time together, for as long as he could make it last.
“I needed you,” he grunted out in between ragged breaths, her eyes flooded with bliss and lust met his “I needed this, I needed you.”
“Yes, Morrokon” she moaned out as her face became very flush, and her nails dug into his back, leaving fine red scratches appearing as tiny red fissures.
Morrokon began his process of picking up his pace once more, slowly he moved faster and slowly he thrust into her harder, as he began to feel the pressure building in his core. She moaned ever louder the faster and the harder he went, her breasts bounced vigorously with his movements, and their bodies began to slap together. As Morrokon thrust wildly into her, her second orgasm slammed into her as a battering ram against the gates, her back arched as she tightened around him. That served to drive him past his breaking point, he thrust one last time hard and deep into her folds and felt his own climax wrack his body. He sank to the side beside her his chest heaving from the effort. They were both sticky with sweat, and for a while they lay there together, panting heavily.
She looked over at him with tired bliss filled eyes and rolled over to drape herself over him, resting her head on his heaving chest. She pulled the sheets over them and looked up at him, kissing his cheek tiredly. Morrokon kissed the tip of her nose before she returned her head over his heart, it beat like the thunderous hooves of a cavalry regiment. She hummed softly before the alcohol and exertion took her. As she drifted off, he heard her whisper his name softly, before the rise and fall of her breathing began to slow. He looked down at her, and felt a soft pang in his heart, he could never have her, she was to be a duchess. He but a lowly fallen knight. He shook the somber thoughts away, to him all that mattered was this moment, this brief period of time when the whispers finally stopped. He lay his head down amidst the pillows and wrapped his strong arms around Alexandra protectively.
“I love you,” he murmured, and let exhaustion take him.
I have gone and made myself a tumblr, why have I done this? To post things I write and garner experience writing, as well as aquire constructive (and inevitably also destructive) criticism. So here goes, I am going to attempt to write at least 2-5k words per day, everything from fictional word vomt, to libertarians rants about roads.
