Hey ho! It’s been a while since my last post. As expected, I have been busy in the past days, weeks even but as my friend Michael would say, busy is good. Indeed it is. I haven’t had much idle time lately and I’m good with how things are flowing.
I met new people, starting to build new friendships but not in a hurry. I know it will eventually fall into place.
So, as part of my job, I was in ASAP last Sunday. The task is to make sure that our artists will have the opportunity to promote the movie and gladly, there was a spiel for them so it wasn’t really as hassle. Once their promo was done, artists were escorted back to the dressing rooms and then to their respective vehicles. It got me giddy when Arci Muñoz kissed me on the cheek. Not the kiss-to-cheek one but a simple “beso.” I swear I felt my face hot!
Just when I thought we’re done for the day, I was told that there will be block screenings scheduled at 8pm and 1030pm respectively. I was a bit disappointed coz I already made plans for that Sunday. Being a newbie, I wouldn’t dare say no. We called it a day at 11pm after Jane was done with her fans.
Basically, all I do at the office at the moment is to observe the processes they do towards an event. So far, I’m getting every detail that I’m told.
Yesterday, we had a meeting for the promotion of the indie movie “Hele sa Hiwagang Hapis,” my first project (apparently). I’ll be meeting with my partner today to discuss the rest of the plan for the promo. Will be waiting for my day to unfold now. Ciao!
