I agree that people shouldn't sell a "healthy" lifestyle that isn't actually healthy, OP has a strong point. I'm just being a little nitpicky because health issues caused by weight can start as early as 30 bmi

So often on fat positivity posts i see ppl leave comments like "yeah being fat isnt bad! If its not harming ur health then why should it be a problem?" And while i get that theyre well meaning it really annoys me that STILL fat ppl cant exist without our health being a qualifier. Guess what: some fat people are unhealthy. So what. Get over it.

I'm on a health journey myself and, while I don't plan on losing weight, it could happen. And yknow what? I'm damn happy with my body no matter what size, and that's really what we should be aiming for.

I loved myself when I ate what I wanted when I wanted it, and I still love myself while I'm dieting. All hating people for their weight does is nothing. At all.

So if someone is fat and unhealthy, just leave them be. It doesn't help them to insult their weight. They absolutely deserve to be happy.

Since the sell by date wasn't for another 4 days I returned them. I was checking out at the store and I was like "i'm not sure you want to take them out of the bag" and he did and a passing manager was just like "That looks like a bomb, I'm just gonna take it to the back" and was off like a shot.

Okay but seriously, if you have a package of food like this or especially if you have a can that is bulging like this, it is literally full of poison, do not open it and absolutely positively do not eat it under any circumstances.

Any food packaging that is bulging has to be considered unsafe to eat. A lot of people who might be living on their own for the first time don't know what that looks like, and this is a really, really extreme example, but yeah if the top of a can has become slightly domed from internal pressure that's going to kill you, don't eat it.
