Also can I say something to yall. This Sazani island situation is not only about Albania. That island used to be a military base. It was engineered to withstand a nuclear attack, packed with miles of underground bunkers, tunnels, and fortifications. The deep waters around the island are also ideal for sheltering submarines. From Sazan, Soviet and Albanian submarines could easily slip into the Mediterranean to counter NATO's US Sixth Fleet. History has shown that world powers,empires and dictators have been fighting over that island that was “casually” discovered by Ivanka Trump during a yacht trip. Why? Because it is the key to the Strait of Otranto. What does that mean? Whoever controlled Sazan Island could effectively control, monitor, or completely block all naval traffic entering or leaving the Adriatic.

Again, this is the island that Ivanka and Kushner are trying to buy and “turn into a luxury resort”. Or are they really?

Because southern Italian territories and islands in the same area (not to mention greek ones), are also heavily being bought and “invested by” Israelis. And it’s interesting if you take a look at “investment” areas and they’ve historically been key points during wars :)
