Welcome back @nickstefanelli. @masseriadc opened yesterday and I don't need to give it six months to say that it is brilliant. Years ago, the @ramwdc gave him a Rising Star award, but post- @bibiana_dc, this chef has gone supernova. From the industrial chic elegance and retractable roof to each hand-stitched bit of Nick's food-meets-fashion style, this is a #bespoke and delicious dining experience. Like @rw_restaurant_group's @marcels_dc, the service is meticulous but completely amiable and the #sommelier is bold without sacrificing appropriateness in the name of uniqueness. Sparkling #falanghina? Etna bianco?? Si! Like any great artist's return to the spotlight, the patrons' patience is richly rewarded. You took your time, Nick. And it shows.
