It is so embarrassing to tell people you like Supernatural irl and with every con it just gets worse and worse.

Like what kind of parasocial obsessive environment do you have to be marinating in to keep asking the same actor who's said again and again he doesn't want to interact with shipping culture about your gay ship, and then get angry and call him homophobic when he says it's not canon to him and his vision of the show?

He's had the same opinion on Destiel since the beginning: that Dean is straight, he doesn't see Cas romantically, and that to him they're adopted family. That's how he's always played the character. Why do you need him to change his opinion so badly six years after the fucking show ended anyway??

I genuinely don't understand why some of you can't stop pushing him on this. Why do you even care if an actor validates your ship or not? Why keep on bringing it up to him if he always gives the same response and only gets more and more annoyed every time?
