you can’t cure mental illness but you CAN treat it, please don’t get caught in the trap of “i’m just this way, i’m a piece of shit, i won’t get better.” positive self talk can help you, even if you don’t believe a word you’re saying at first.

we need to accept and understand mental illness but that doesn’t mean we let it destroy us. please, try to learn positive coping mechanisms. don’t let fear of treatment stop you from getting it entirely.
