Finger licking oven backed chicken wings!
Ingrédients: -chicken wings (thawed/freshly bought) - your favorite hot sauce and bbq sauce (I️ used red hot and dinosaur habenero bbq sauce)
Directions: - marinate chicken with the hot sauce for 20 minutes - preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit -Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and place chicken wings in baking sheet…with all of the sauce used to marinade. -Cook the wings for 20 mins. -remove wings from pan and coat with your second sauce (bbq sauce) -place wings back on the same backing sheet and cook for 10 minutes. -change oven temperature to low broil and broil wings for another 10 mins. -remove and let cool. -serve with salad or just enjoy as is

Crockpot chili Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef 1 onion 2 tomatoes 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños 1 cup canned corn 1 cup canned black beans 1 cup canned kidney beans 1/2 cup vegetable broth 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Directions: -sauté onions in olive oil. Add ground beef and cook till meat is browned -cut tomatoes -add tomatoes, onions and ground beef to crock pot. -add the rest of the ingredients to crockpot. -cover and set crockpot on high for 3 hrs. -serve and garnish with cilantro, lime, and/or avocado Enjoy xoxo
Ingredients: 1 whole chicken with cavity cleaned out 1 stick of butter Fresh thyme and rosemary Thinly sliced lemon Salt and pepper to taste Shallots Directions: -pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. -melt the butter and mix it with thyme and rosemary. -pat chicken dry with paper towel. -rub butter mix all over chicken (under skin of chicken). -stuff cavity with lemon slices and peeled shalom. -place chicken in oven pan breast side up. Tie legs of chicken and place in oven for 1 hr. -increase the temperature to 450 degrees and roast for another 15 mins. -remove chicken from oven, let cool before carving. Enjoy, xoxo
