Sabine (check previous post) really got me craving a gigantic chia/flax meal smoothie. let me introduce you to my #lunchinajar: 1. bottom layer strawberry chia pudding 2. second layer is hazelnut meal, date paste and coconut cream 3. third layer is blackberries and flax meal pudding 4. star shaped carob chocolate (not exactly sure why I'm in the mood for Christmas already?) everything lightly #sweetenedwithdates it's so delicious, satisfying and rich in antioxidants & fiber!! I added whole hazelnuts and chopped medjool for added crunch and texture nooom 🍹👅💦

🍕🍕🍕 VEGAN GLUTENFREE HOMEMADE PIZZAAAAA 🍕🍕🍕 I can't right now I'm speechless!! this has got to be my new favorite #plantbased #glutenfree #dairyfree #wheatfree superfood pizza 🍕❤️🍕 not raw, but definitely worth sharing because it's DELICIOUS HEALTHY SIMPLE AND WHEAT/dairy/gluten/preservative/cruelty FREE 📝 here is the kalista recipe for the crust, in case you want to go ahead and bake one, like right now! 😊 1 cup buckwheat flour 1 cup quinoa flour 1cup flaxseed meal 1/2 cup flaxseeds whole 1/2 cup chia seeds soaked in 1 cup water 1/2 cup coconut cream with 3 tbsp rose water 2 garlic cloves bunch basil, lime leaves, cilantro 1/8 cup Rosemary 1/2 whole lemon pinch sea salt and pepper 1 cup water - preheat oven at 230 Celsius for 15 min 1. soak chia seeds in water for 30 min 2. process all ingredients together to form a dough. 3. form the pizza dough on a non stick baking tray. I sprayed the tray with cocont oil and then the top of the dough again before placing it in the oven. 4. bake in oven at 250 Celsius for 12 min. while it bakes it will smell soooooo good 🍃👃🍃 ✨ tadaaaa you've got yourself the best tasting vegan glutenfree crueltyfree dairyfree pizza crust!! the basil, cilantro, and garlic give it a very italian accent ❤️ use your imagination and add the toppings of your choice 🙌🙌 if you recreate this, please tag me in your pix, I would love to see you guys' yummy pizzas 🍕👅💦 (at ✨Food • Health • Happy Vibes ☮✨ )
