I made a thing. Taxman lore longfic that is super boring and long and will have lots of fancy words. I'm updating it every Friday until we reach chapter 14 and Taxman lets me out of his basement. Thank you.

This is a fic soley about Taxman and how he came to be and all the bits and baubles that may come with that. The main question I wanted to answer with this fic is "Why does he look like that," but more importantly, "Why is he like this in game?" Which, granted, may not turn out to be canon by the 1.0 release. Semiwork, please. The END RESULT of this fic is canon Taxman. I hope.
