Being in denial was a really fucking shitty time for us. It was a time when we literally did not know what was wrong with us. We knew that we had similar similarities to plurality, but we thought our trauma wasn’t bad enough because during our system discovery, we were heavily anti endo, because that is the side of the system community we were introduced to first.

It always felt like an endless cycle of minimizing our trauma because we thought it wasn’t bad enough to make us a system. It was an endless cycle of seeing the patterns that other systems had within ourselves, but saying we couldn’t possibly have that because we had a “good life”

We’ve blocked the system who has said this, and we hope none of you go after that system to harass them. Even though I am not entirely thrilled with their statement, I still am heavily anti-harassment.

just reminding everyone if you do not accept that plurality isn’t strictly traumagenic and / or disordered , you ARE ableist. and you are actively ignoring actual scientific facts to continue pushing ur bigoted views of plurality . endo systems have been around for longer than some of you have probably even been online . endo systems are the reason you have pluralkit , simply plural , and plural community spaces online . endos were the original foundation of the plural community . you cannot erase us .

CDDs are not trauma disorders , they’re dissociative disorders . dissociation can be caused by any number of things . there is 0 evidence that all systems are disordered & traumagenic . and i mean that. there is plenty of evidence for the contrary in fact . no mental condition is as cut and dry as anti endos make CDDs out to be . try doing some actual research outside of tiktok and twitter and tumblr . go read some actual psychology books . look shit up on google scholar . ask a real life doctor . stop being ableist because you refuse to acknowledge that people can be plural without being miserable like you are .
